Water's Edge Resort & Spa

I booked through Expedia because I believed the price I was quoted would be the final cost other than incidentals. Additional resort fees and tax were added to the final bill. Over 130.00 in unexpected cost. Be aware when booking.

Beter than our expectations. We enjoyed the beautiful settings and all the amenities. The only unconfortable things fot us were the pillows.

Nice resort, very convenient. However, a little pricey and every time you turned around there was a gratuity. Food was ok, not great for the price paid though.

Multiple food and drink options

This is one of our most favorites! The rooms are amazing ( we prefer to spend a little extra for the ocean view). Dinner there is great!. The staff is exceptional.

The place is really good but overpriced, in the room there is old furniture. Refrigerator doesn’t work well . The rooms can be more updated with price customers are paying . there is no coffee free for customers, every hotel offers coffee station . There was only one Starbucks spot - but honestly coffee tasted like water . Place is overpriced . The views , pool is excellent we enjoyed.

My husband and I chose this resort for a quiet and relaxing time away and the resort did not disappoint. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained, including the beach and pool area. The room was spacious and very clean as was the whole resort. We got massages at the spa and it was amazing. The only small issue we had was at the restaurants. The food was delicious but they were short staffed on servers which made for delays on taking orders and receiving our food. We did find some great local restaurants though. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Only thing missing was more kid's activities. It would have been awesome

It’s a great getaway with everything in one location. I liked everything The portions at the restaurant could have been a little bigger

The service at most of your bars was very slow & they thought they were doing you a favor serving you. Seems like most were just summer help college kids

Also mentioned on my reservation that it was my 39th anniversary and didn’t get so much as a Congrats. We do a local getaway every year for this date and always get a bottle of wine in our room or something. Nope- nada 😡.

Hopefully next time the room will be better and the cappuccino machine at Starbucks and the slushy machine at the pool are workin. Grounds are absolutely breathtaking

There was no clean water or food on premise. I’d like a refund

Loved the grounds especially lawn & hydrangeas. Everything felt maintained. Staff very friendly. Felt like we needed a little more for breakfast. There were some items at the bakery/cafe walk up that was not available & espresso machine was not working.

your unit bathrooms need an upgrade. it would be inexpensive to use a piece of furniture at the sinks. the furniture in the italian restaurant could also be better.
