The room was adequate but needed work, surprisingly since the hotel looks new. The finish was partially worn off the shower floor and the toilet seat was wobbly. I did not like the high placement of the soap and lotion at the bathroom counter. I would not stay at this hotel again.

5 stars all around. Hotel is new, quiet and super clean. The bed was amazing, so comfortable! Staff was very friendly as well. The daily breakfast was delicious, the kids loved the warm cinnamon rolls. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Had an issue after arriving and finding bandaids placed on the smoke detector in the room. The front desk clerk was non apologetic and said it was just from someone covering the light that flashes on them. To me it was more a safety concern and honestly just gross you have no clue what people do in those room. He wasn’t much help however after getting the hotel general manager involved he tried to resolve the issue the best he could and was very nice to work with. New building, pretty nice rooms other than the issue we had and breakfast was just ok.

This property was excellent across the board. They do have laundry facilities, but did not sell laundry soap. Come prepared if you think you will be needing to do laundry while staying there. This hotel is very close to Grand Park, but off a side street so the traffic wasn’t busy. Highly recommend!
