Wyndham Westfield

Great location when you are playing sports at grand Park! My only issue was the Breakfast ended way too early. When you have a bunch of kids playing sports, it would be better to extend your breakfast hours!

The staff was very accomodating!

Everyone was so nice! It's very convenient to Grand Park. Our car wouldn't start & the desk was able to help us by getting her personal portable charger! Above and beyond service!

Very clean and rooms were super comfy.

Clean hotel both rooms and facility. Very nice rooms with space and comfortable beds. The pool was down which was a bummer.

When I arrived almost 2 hours after check-in, they informed me my room was not ready and put me in a different room. I don’t think I should be told check-in is at 3pm but not have the room ready by 4:30-5pm.

The only thing that was less than perfect was the dirt that had been tracked in. it looked like it was the same for more than 24 hours. The cost of the snacks in the canteen area was prohibitive. No charge for coffee was nice.

Best location of you need to be at Grand park. Beautiful and very well maintained. Lovely lobby area. Only challenge is the "modern" style shower which is open concept (essentially open door area) which we expect is the rationale for low water pressure.

Food and drink prices are very expensive. The rest of the hotel is exemplary.

Made an accident reserving property on the wrong day. Showed up 30 minutes later at property to find out I had made the mistake. Wyndham refused to let me change/cancel even though I still booked a room and stayed there that night. I'll never stay at another Wyndham. Awful customer service.

The room never got cleaned on our 4 day stay. I even called after day 2 and asked for it since there was a note they wouldn’t come clean. I would get towels and that was it. No trash or beds made. I would have to set the trash outside. The pool was closed and we weren’t aware. Never in my life have I ever had to pay for late check out especially after a 3, 4 day stay. I was declined free early check in even though our room was ready.

The bed was comfortable and you had everything you needed however there was not a smart tv for streaming, you can hear the people above you walking, and they do not offer a late checkout.

The pool was freezing and there was clear signs of water damage and mold in the ceiling above the pool. Everything else was good the pool was just very horrible.

Breakfast included. The$12.00 buffet is kind of expensive on top of the room. Plus I don't need someone to scoop food out for me

Not really anything Front desk people sitting playing on phones. Cable is garbage.

We only stayed for the night, but would love to return for a couple of days to explore the area.
