Upon our arrival, our shower drain smelled really bad. After my son took a shower it was fine, strange. I did notify the front desk. The elevator is slow and shakes and pauses. I went down for coffee the next morning and the creamer was out, no one around to ask to refill. Coffee cups were tiny. Was going to have my son eat the $12 breakfast but at 9:03am they were already packing it up. One room near us was flooded because there was a cord coming from under door and you could hear a fan running in the room. Only one floor had ice when we were heading to our game, it was fun taking the slow elevator to find the floor with ice. The hallways needed to be vacuumed badly. I think the hotel has so many sports kids staying that they can’t keep up with upkeep and maintenance.

Staff was friendly overall it was okay - room wasn't clean. Stuff on the walls and ceiling. And there were lipstick marks on my sheets.

Great location when you are playing sports at grand Park! My only issue was the Breakfast ended way too early. When you have a bunch of kids playing sports, it would be better to extend your breakfast hours!

Everyone was so nice! It's very convenient to Grand Park. Our car wouldn't start & the desk was able to help us by getting her personal portable charger! Above and beyond service!

Clean hotel both rooms and facility. Very nice rooms with space and comfortable beds. The pool was down which was a bummer.

When I arrived almost 2 hours after check-in, they informed me my room was not ready and put me in a different room. I don’t think I should be told check-in is at 3pm but not have the room ready by 4:30-5pm.
