I felt weird being given a physical key and not a hotel magnet key card.

Front desk complained we had music on (not even loud) at 11:30 am and evicted us from our room while keep 3 nights worth of our money (even though we only stayed one night) and even the water to call the cops on us. No one had complained. Crooked business.

Very quite area nice staff good location

The staff was nice, and the room was clean. However, there were some issues. Most of the buttons for the TV did not work, and even the volume buttons on the TV were finicky. The power outlet in between the beds either didn't work, or the cords had to be held a specific way, because the lamp wouldn't stay powered on. I also booked this hotel due to the fact that it states it is a pet-friendly hotel. However, when I arrived I was asked by the staff to keep my pets off the bed to keep the sheets fur-free and that we might be charged the pet deposit ($100+) if we did let our pets on the bed. I've never been asked to do that at a pet-friendly hotel before, and it was honestly an inconvenience since our pets are used to sleeping in our bed. My pets shed, and so I became worried about any little fur on the bed because I didn't want to be charged that deposit fee. I will likely try to find a different pet-friendly hotel the next time I stay in the area.

Great family-owned hotel close to Downtown Denver! Very friendly staff, minimalist but clean room. No luxuries here, but clean environment and comfortable beds. If you're staying overnight for a Downtown Denver event, consider this place

Nice little place. Front door lock was a little loose. We went on 4th of July and neighborhood apartment next door lit off fireworks until after 3 am. Did not sleep well but can’t blame the motel itself.

The room was clean

Great burrito next door. Traffic noise but was close to end of building understood
-
Good value for the price. Safe and clean.
-
There was no WiFi as it states. It's fine for the price. The room had a strange smell.

The pictures of this property were not of this property

The property looked much better in the photos than in person. This seems like it's a hotel/motel. There was no phone inside of the room. Pros Neutral location and not to far from Denver. The room was small, but it was very clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

The TV didn't work. The WIFI was to slow (also wouldn't stay connected) to be useful. I checked in late and the staff was gone for the night by the time I found those issues. I couldn't find the ice machine. (again no staff on site at 5am) I know it was in another building but I didn't see any signage in a well lit area at 5am. The area is also a bit sketchy so I didn't want to be walking around outside very much in an unfamiliar area. Oh, also very noisy from the traffic and something else making an odd noise every few seconds the entire night. To be fair I had one of the rooms closest to the roadway but I imagine at least 1/2 of the rooms would have the same noise issue.

The room was clean and AC worked well! The young man working the front desk was kind and respectful! Plenty of parking!

Solid place to stay in a pinch

The second staff member ended up giving us her WiFi and password as the one connected to the hotel didn't work. Good location for all your needs. No breakfast though and an unexpected $100 deposit that Expedia doesn't tell you about. Overall we managed just fine.
