Room was dirty. They place me in a room with dogs next it and it was loud.

The rooms advertised is not what we were given upon arrival.

Omg!! Do not stay here!! The first room they put us in was occupied. The second room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke and this is a nonsmoking hotel. All the hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Finally the 3rd room had little black bugs on the bed sheets and the floor was so sticky. There were stains on all of the bed sheets. This place is gross. It appears to be full of unhoused people who we saw panhandling out on the street corner in front of the building.

I came back to my Hotel around 2 and found cockroach in my room!! I immediately got disgusted and left my room. I did NOT want to risk another room with COCKROACH INFESTATION. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was rude . She said why I didn’t say anything earlier before check out but clearly I was there saying something when It happened . .i was working all day. I am from Washington state and was there for a work trip. I had just came Back to my room. her customer service was poor and just left .very upset about it all and how it was handled .

En verdad solo puedo decir que preferiría perder mi pago antes de quedarme en este lugar, el olor muy malo las camas sucias y todo está lleno de chinches y cucarachas, mi opinión es que en verdad puedan revisar este lugar no está para nada apto para poder dormir y menos con niños y ya que no hay reembolso tuve que perder y buscar otro lugar en verdad yo no lo recomiendo ni aunque sea una urgencia! No me agrada comentar malas reseñas pero en verdad

Amigo si quieres pasar unas vacaciones no te recomiendo este lugar carpeta sucia cucarachas , elevador en mal estado estaba en el segundo piso las escaleras sucias, Por la cocinera no hay tapa se sube un olor a cucarachas. Nos tuvimos que salir antes y aunque tenía reservado costo que nos dieran la habitación, si. Cobrar que llegamos de madrugada la oficina estaba cerrada y nos toca gastar más dinero en otro hotel de emergencia para poder descansar. Y me cobraron una noche que ni siguiera nos quedamos durmiendo . No lo recomiendo .

Elevator broken…guessing it has been turned off too keep people down.

Well the 3 cops that came in before we even checked in set the tone. Did not feel safe. Smelled like smoke. Room had broken and burned tile in the kitchenette. Bed looked like a roll a way bed. Carpet was very old. Room smelled. We left and didn’t stay there. Pictures on website were NOT of this facility! It felt very unsafe. It was set up for workers to live there, not a comfort inn hotel

I like the gym

Booked this room via Hotels dot com. Arrived for my stay at 1:20 am after a 26 hour travel day, and arrived to hotel to find the doors locked. Called the number on the window and was told “they tried to reach me” (I had no missed calls, emails, voice mails or otherwise) and that my room had been given away/was unavailable. Do not book at this hotel if you’re planning to show up after 11pm. I’m still fighting to have my money reimbursed because of this; cost me extra time and money in travel and also paid for a room I was denied access to. ZERO STARS. Hope management sees this.

Pet friendly family oriented

Very small lobby area. The lobby also always has this funk to it like food and mildew had a baby. The staff was friendly at least at first. The room has many many burn marks and the walls were dirty and streaked. My first issue outside of the cleanliness was that the room had no remote for the tv. Then they gave me a remote that didn’t work. Then they found a remote that worked but there were literally only a handful of channels that actually worked. I did Not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. I am Very glad they put me away from the elevator as it is very loud. This was a genuinely bad experience and had i anywhere else to stay i would Have left. I did not see any bed bugs but the mattress was so stained and gross i went To Walmart and bought a cheap mattress topper thing. I wont Be returning. And i feel Extremely itchy all over my body.

there was no toilet paper

The microwave is up fairly high and as a short person, I was not comfortable with trying to use it.

The place is infested with cockroaches

First room we were provided was not cleaned and open upon arrival. The second room had stained sheets and towels, not tv connection, and the thinnest walls of any location I've ever stayed.

Low end Motel cheap took an extra 25 min to get my room ready not cleaning the next day

The smell it didn't seem like a hotel looked like a half way house, definitely do not recommend.

First off it seem like you're staying at a nursing home/ halfway house. Everybody in that hotel either had a walker or looked like they were from a halfway house with a dog. We didn't feel safe at all being there. We had to stay the first night but thankfully we were able to get out the last two nights to a different hotel which was extremely better. There was roaches there within a minute of walking into the hotel room crawling on the restroom sink. The carpet was so disgusting. The bed sheets had stains on them. The towels had stains on them. It smelled moldy. The whole hotel was just disgusting. If you are a woman or have family with kids I would stay away from this place.
