Very clean! Excellent, friendly staff! The sofa bed was far too hard for my adult son. It had a very thin mattress. He ended up sleeping on the couch (not pulled out) the second night. We were not fans of the half glass in the shower. We felt like the shower spray got the floor wet. Why can’t there be a door that closed the shower completely. The lighting in the bathroom and “make up” area was too dim.

Housekeeping staff was great, property is in a fantastic location, and everything for the stay was great! The free on site laundry facilities made unpacking at home a breeze. The only negative that I had was the "mountain view" is really just looking out to the horizon above a parking lot full of businesses, but I guess you could see the mountains either way.

Great location. 2 minute walk to downtown old Arvada. Quaint area with bars and restaurants. Nice Sunday farmers market.

I wish the room had a full length mirror and the shower was a bit cold due to not having a shower curtain or door. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The staff were amazing and so helpful.

This hotel is so new and clean! Wonderful staff, comfy beds. Fun, kid friendly pool. Great location, lots of places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay!
