But the staff was fantastic, the rooms were clean and quiet, and it is in a good location.

Room was not very clean. We found two used contact lenses on the floor and one on the counter next to the TV. There was a pubic hair in the shower basin. Obviously the carpet was not vacuumed and the counters were not wiped down properly.

The location is nicely within proximity to a walking community with shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the staff seem friendly and efficient. The cost of the hotel was prohibitive enough that we felt we had to forego the breakfast since it is quite expensive. My understanding is that it is a good breakfast, but I wish that it were included in the already-eye-popping cost of the room.

I was disappointed they only serviced the room every other day. Breakfast was just the same you get from any hotel which was disappointing considering the cost of the room. You also have to pay extra for the breakfast.

Very clean and up to date facility. Great amenities on property as well to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

Loved the set up of the room. Staff were friendly. The room floor level that I requested was not accommodated but it’s understood since it’s not guaranteed. Mountain View was nice anyway! Overall, nice stay.

It was close to get to Red Rocks I didn't like the bed sheets. I felt they were too wet or sweaty to sleep on

Room was so outdated, one small roll of toilet paper, 3 pillows per bed, broken shower door, stains on towels. Just not impressed what so ever.

Stayed here on August 18. The air conditioner in the room did not work. Staff gave me a box fan to use. Had to listen to a fan all night and it was hot in the room and wasn't able to sleep, Disappointing,
