The only way to tell that I had stayed was the tell in the bathroom other than that no trash in the trash can I slept on the covers didn't get under the covers didn't wrestle the bedding didn't anything. I was getting breakfast and I grabbed two muffins and two single yogurts , like yogurts you would find a four pack for your kids school. But the manager came up and told me that's not how they do breakfast there cuz I was just one person I wasn't allowed to have two muffins and two yogurts.

Not clean, broken bathroom, bad manager , bad maintained property. Don’t believe what it says very bad breakfast. A/C heat dont work.

On the other hand, I really appreciate the lady who was working during the midnight shift. She was extremely helpful, polite, and professional, and she made our late-night check-in smooth and easy. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the poor behavior of the morning staff overshadowed the positive experience we had with the midnight receptionist. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer-service training to the morning staff.

Bathroom is not there and no shower curtain. Doors are not closing properly. Behavior of staff was not good even though requested bath room issues multiple times

Do not go here. Nick, the manager will not advise you of additional charges (like deposit) just runs the un-approved charge, and will lie stating he advised. It was on camera. I had to wait in parking lot for 3 pm to check in. Was hot out. The remote/ tv dont work. The toilet was gross like it has not been cleaned in months. Have to hold down the handle. This place is not worth the hassle. If you need a place to rest and not deal with underhanded and rude management DO NOT STAY HERE, THERE IS A VERY GOOD REASON THE PLACE HAS VERY LITTLE BUSINESS. It was practically empty.

The location was nice. This run-down property is NOT a good representation of Wyndham. My room had graffiti in the shower. No blankets. Broken kick plate on door. The owner/Mgr. informed me they are charging me $10 for what they call a ruined towel. I was charged $20 for late check out. I left at 11:40 am, check out was @11am. Still waiting for my deposit back!

Still needs a lot of updating. Single pain widows let traffic noise in. Wood dowls in window tracks to "lock" them.

The manager tried to charge me a fee because expedia pre paid. Then i called Expedia. then the manager told expedia they were going to charge me $30 for some blood on my towel. The manager then,kept my deposite of $74. now I'm trying to get the $44 back

North side is VERY LOUD, noisiest motel I’ve stayed in. I can sleep through this but if that is a concern make sure your room is in the back. My room was clearly renovated recently and I liked the colors (bed did have 1 hole in duvet but I don’t care about that lol). No breakfast protein options if veg but I’m used to this as well/that’s pretty standard in USA.

Was a positive experience overall, the property is getting old and more attention needs to be paid to the outside. The room inside was newly remodeled and very nice. Most of the employees were very helpful, One gentleman was not very accommodating in taking care of an special request. Thanks!

That we had to change rooms, because of the T.V

Shower was decent Tv only got old channels, no local tv stations. For having Xfinity,you would hope they had decent channels, I was wrong. Blanket was thin . After checking out. I was charged my daily rate plus my 100 dollar deposit. So a total of 192. Not just 92. I'm hoping Monday the deposit gets back to my card. But as of now the whole 192 transaction was completed.

Everything it was a nightmare from the word go. Unprofessional disrespectful sleazy scummy controlling dictator!! He was terrible and he is so cheap it shows in everything he does. It was like spending the night in a ghost town.
