Was a nice stay. Only issues was the refrigerator in the room was very loud as if the compressor was failing.

Convince for our venue I booked this hotel, based on them having a lovely pool to use in between our appointments. The pool literally had Algae growing on the side. I would not step foot into a pool like this. Too late to switch hotels, We paid an extra price to come here specifically for the pool. The hotel manager told us we needed to contact you for a discounted rate, and to compensate us for not being able to use the pool. I was informed, that they would have compensated us, but since we booked through a third party, we had to get in contact with you. I certainly hope something will be done, or we will never use this site again, knowing you can’t help. Please note, someone was cleaning the pool the next day after our complaint, but, unfortunately, that night a family was swimming in it. I pray none of them get sick. So very sad. To pay almost $600.00 for a room for two nights, and the pool so dirty, it could not be used. Thank you, Jean Mabery

The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. Got a great night sleep, and the front desk was so very helpful. It’s a great place to stay.

They had an excellent breakfast, clean rooms, and our daughter enjoyed the outdoor pool!

- Staff is wonderful - Breakfast was good - Many things in the room were broken (lamp, bed frame, table, chair, outlets) - The shower curtain lets water through - WIFI wouldn’t work properly for more than 2 minutes before cutting out - Bathroom looked sort of half clean…
