We had a great stay. All the staff were friendly. The whole place clearly was recently remodeled. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good if you’re going around the area.

I thought that the breakfast was good. I am a pescatarian: fruit, vegetables, milk & cheese, grains/starches and fish. I was in a bit of a rush and might not have seen all of the options for a vegetarian diet. I enjoyed the cheesy grits, the fruit drink (a box juice that had no added sugar or flavors!), and the biscuit with butter. The options in jellies were pretty limited on Sunday morning (apple and grape). I would love to see a jam or preserve option (blackberry, raspberry, blueberry). I thought that the coffee was pretty good; I drink my coffee black and had brought some as back up in case the coffee was bitter. It was not bitter and I enjoyed it. Our room was clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent as always. The parking is convenient to the rooms and secure. They are our #1 choice for a stay when we come up for McDaniel College activities and events.
