Days Inn by Wyndham Westminster

I used my credit card to reserve a room for my out-of-town brother., from July 9-13. I was charged for it. He was also charged for it. He left early morning of July 14 but we both were charged for July 14. Three times he talked to desk personnel telling them to be sure to charge his credit card. Not mine. I will be in Westminster on August 12 to talk to them and hopefully get this straightened out.

I guess the location was OK and the staff was nice enough. So the place was disgusting. Everything about it was unclean, the hallways the entryway, the rooms, especially the beds did not look like they had been made and had spots on the sheets. The air conditioner barely worked and the room smelled musty. If I had seen the room before purchasing I would have cancelled

The room was nice and clean and stuff were very friendly!

The staff were great! Very sweet and helpful however the room was extremely dirty! There was candy on the floor near the bed stand and the towels were dirty as well as the floors. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel for that reason.

Everything was great ..only inconvenience was the elevator was non functioning

The room was in the process of being updated. The bathroom was not done yet and old and dirty. The floors in the room were dirty and we had to wash our feet before putting shoes on.

Overall for the price the rooms werent bad. Staff was pleasant and helpful. But on the 3rd floor at least the ice and vending area was a mess, towels and a garbage bag on the floor and the cleaning cart right where you get off the elevator. Out back there's a picnic table and garbage can where some people were drinking Coors and making noise at 11pm....

The hotel walking in and to the room was okay. A bit run down. The room was dirty. Walls had splattered something on it the bathroom was no better. The staff was kind but the cleanliness of the room was horrible.

The amenities advertised included a pool, but according to the staff, it hasn't been operational for the past two years. This was disappointing because the pool was one of the reasons we chose to stay here.This should have been disclosed before booking.

Real nice room. Staff was mostly older & helpful. The breakfast that I saw wasn’t very good.

The staff is exceptional!! Rooms are always so clean. The front desk staff is wonderful and always greets you with a smile

Continental breakfast? The waffles were okay. But no bread? No muffins? Pretty sad.

Never made it to breakfast Front desk staff wasn’t that friendly called earlier to hotel to inform of late check in arrival once arrived room assigned was not clean door was adjured window wide open video was taken as proof front desk didn’t even look at video didn't receive immediate apology until after police got involved which were already on premises for a different issue. I involved the police because initially wasn’t sure if someone broke into room prior to arrival. The lady who works overnight was rude. Was put in an upgraded room had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies tub didn’t look to clean. The next day room that was assigned still left open and unclean
