It was an older room. Which is fine, as long as it's clean.

The staff was helpful Changing my room The rooms were the dirtiest I have seen in my life

Mirror light over sink did not work Small refrigerator did not work Swimming pool not filled, abandoned. Room A/C works well but buttons so small it’s difficult to figure out how to operate it If you just want a bed, it’s acceptable

Lower level floor spaciaous Non smoking room was full of smoke so bad I didn't sta the night completely cause I was being suffocated in my sleep choking on smoke filled blankets and pillows

Nothing I would not let my dog stay there overnight ...it was smelly Filthy and we changed rooms three times hoping it would get better ..eventually we left and cancelled ..got charged 88 dollars for about three hours . The furniture looked like it came out of a dump ... Efficiency nothing worked including the lighting and the stove .

The oder was bad I pay two night and I didnt sleep both day I asked the refund no body responded my email pls dont sleep over here its so dirty and very bad customer service no one is going to respond your email

The staff were great and they were apologising for the renovations that were going on. This goes along way when a place looks run down but are clearly doing something about it. I would go back once the renovations have been completed. Due to the updating and renovations it dors not appear how it states on booking.com The pool was closed the gym was out dated and not open the rooms are very old and in deseparate need of a clean nrw decor and furniture which they were at the begining of doing. This will be a gold mine when they have everything completed.

N8ce, clean room

The guest washer and dryer are very loud and sound like they are gonna blow up very loud banging when washing clothes and there are 2 washers and 2 dryers only one set works the other to the left doesnt work it doesn't take money to work ?

There are no working fire alarms in the room

Internet in room not real good...mini frig to small... the stove doesnt even work using a 2 burner plug in that mgmt lent us were suppose to have fixed the stove and haven't been fixed asked for a different room with working stove and they couldn't accommodate, sink in the kitchenette is behind the bathroom door and really really small and in a inconvenient spot .... the shower head doesn't spray properly it sprays every where.... the knob that changes temp keeps falling off ....the water feels greasy when turn on ......

Almost no hot water, three of the lightbulbs were burned out in our room. No cups

You get what you pay for. Driving in we noticed the pool was half full and green. I waited about 5mins for staff to arrive at the check in office. While waiting I noticed the coffee burner was still on scorching a thin layer of coffee in the bottom the pot. Yes an old school $5 coffee pot. There was a sign that stains on sheets and towels will be a $15 fee. As soon as we walked in the room there was a chair that had to of been found the side of the road. Most of the furniture was broken and stained. There was only 1 working outlet near the sink to charge our phones. The lamp between the beds did I not work. The refrigerator was not plugged in. As there was only one outlet for either of the microwave or the refrigerator. I plugged in the refrigerator and opened it up. The scent was overwhelming. To the point that I did not put in the waters that we brought. From that point we had about 30 mins to get to our event. There wasn't time to complain or switch rooms. We were only staying for 1 night just to lay out heads. Otherwise we would have left. We checked the mattresses (very stained) for bed bugs and decided to just stay due to the time restraint. We brought back 2 small pizzas. One was left on the side table one was left on the entertainment stand. We woke up to both infested with ants. I don't stay at places that aren't atleast up to par with my own home. I do not recommend
