The pool area is definitely the highlight of the hotel. Our kids loved it, and it was the perfect way to unwind after being in the car for hours. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue we had was with our first stay. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the bathroom had a strong cigarette smoke smell. We were too tired to report it since we wanted to get the kids settled and enjoy the pool. On our return trip, however, our room was clean and completely free of any odors. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

I was able to get a ride to each one of my events because it was within the distance that they can offer us. The driver Stevie was wonderful. The people in the hotel wonderful desk breakfast. Everything was great.

There was only one chair in the room and it was so low to the ground that it made it difficult to get out of it.

I had a small issue that when I brought to the attention at the front desk, they were amazing, caring, and very genuine in resolving the issue immediately and completely.

The hotel was super clean and staff was very acknowledging, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using this hotel again when visiting the area.

The staff was very helpful all the time, even after we checked out they were helping us with a shuttle. Breakfast was good and the room was perfectly clean.

Easy to find, was close to the wedding we were attending. Trying to navigate the entrance to the hotel. By no fault of yours, just dealing with the one way roads in and out of the area.

We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and friendly staff. There was quite a selection for breakfast. The accommodations are very clean. The downside would be that the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Also, it would be really great if the TVs were updated as far as the channel selections. If some apps were added that we could click on Netflix or Amazon prime, etc. then we could put in our own passcode.

Wonderful location only 50 minutes away from Pittsburgh. Every single staff person is warm and accommodating. They make you feel like family.
