it was nice

We don’t recommend this hotel, at least not now and/or at the current price. For starters, the lobby and many other places in the hotel are under construction/renovation. That didn’t cause any problems, but it doesn’t produce a cozy feel. The bigger issue was poor housekeeping. Our room had hair in the shower and the bathroom sink, leftover food in the refrigerator and food crumbs on the pantry counter, and worst of all an un-flushed BM in the toilet! Kind of incredible. Also, there was no body wash in the shower. If they get new housekeeping staff and finish the renovation, maybe be consider staying here, it looks like the renovations will be nice.

Limited options at breakfast with small area . Came during renovations so understandable. Just a basic stay. Loved the big shower

I stayed in Rm412...the mattress was really lumpy. The rooms are remodeled and not typical. The couch which is probably a pull open bed was horrible to sit on ,hard as a rock!

The property was being renovated, so there was no pool and no hot tub available. Also getting hot water was hit and miss. Marriott should give a rebate. I'll be going out there again in the summer and I will probably stay at Hampton or Wilson Lodge !

Convenient Toilet stools too low

The ac unit was very efficient but very loud.

Everything I got a weird charge of 20 dollars at 3 a.m and no one can explain it

Everything Random $20 charge at 3 in the morning

Llder property under renewal. Breakfast was average - not bad at all - just average - dealing with trying to put off with renovations, lack of staff, reduced amenities - -- sure didn't get what i paid for nor what I expected from the pictures and descriptions.

Great facility. Friendly staff. None

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Nice location.

Property was nice and very clean Some breakfast items were spoiled or not kept in the fridge when they needed to be
-
Served our need - clean room despite renovations, and friendly staff but mattresses are in dire need of replacement (felt like I was sleeping on a cement floor).

We have stayed here in the past and although pricey, the amenities and cleanliness were worth it. This stay was quite different. We were not informed of the on-site renovations going on; this left amenities like the pool and ample parking closed. The price for the stay was still the same though! Our room was a king suite. There was an open bottle of ranch dressing and other food wrappers in the couch, bed wrinkled, but a nice hand written note from housekeeping to enjoy our stay. Front desk staff was nice enough but gave no direction to the elevators or room. Gave no information regarding breakfast times- you know, the normal stuff. Id say this was a bare minimum stay for a top dollar cost.

Location Even though under renovation was very dirty.

On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!

The staff was friendly & kind. The breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and fully stocked. The location was good. The room was all in order and was clean. Beds were comfy. When booking this location I was not aware that it is under construction. It was not until after I booked it that I got an email from the hotel informing me it was a construction zone. We were traveling so I did not see the email. The price they charged should have been a bit lower. There are several other hotels in the area with the same rating that were way cheaper. I get it and appreciate them making updates, but it would have been nice to know prior to booking.

The staff was professional and accommodating, but the first room we got, I believe someone was still in the room. Food was on the table, the TV was on and the bed was a mess. We immediately closed the door and went to the front desk. They gave us another room and apologized for the inconvenience. The first thing that stood out when we got to our new room was that there was no hand soap at the sink area, but that wasn't a big deal because we just used the body soap in the shower. The next thing we noticed was the amount of ants all over the room. Ants covered everything in the bathroom, shower area. I found where they were coming from and put some body soap in the hole and this seemed to stop them for a little while. As I finished putting on my makeup on and product in my hair, imagine my surprise when I had no water. The hotel is under construction and they turned off the water with no warning. My husband called the front desk and the person who answered the phone had no idea the water was turned off. It took 20 minutes to get the water back on. The bed was very hard and bouncy. We could feel the springs popping as we slept. Neither my husband or I slept at all. I actually thought about opening the pull-out sofa because whenever one of us rolled over, we would wake each other up. My husband woke up to bites all over his right side and when we turned on the lights, there were ants on the bed. We can only assume the ants bit him while he slept. Both of us felt nauseous when we woke up. I generally don't leave reviews, but this experience was just bad. When the construction is over, this may be a good hotel, but I wouldn't stay there anytime soon.

Was not able to sleep in due to construction in surrounding rooms. Saws hammering doors slaming. We have stayed at this property for past 5 years. No toilet paper. bed was terrible.
