Great location. Great staff. Great price. Good breakfast. Near town with lots to do

Wife was non existent, useless. Breakfast was extremely basic, but ok for the price. Basic amenities enough for a quick stop, vamue for money. Wifi, sucked! Cleanliness, could be better. Breakfast, left us wanting for more.

Yes, had to pay $25 for my pet Schoodle but he was worth it. Every thing was very satisfactory, this is my 3rd time in to stay there.

I had reserved 8 rooms but all theBathrooms water not drain, bed smell and not clean. Stuff never on the counter and the breakfast was terrible and not enough for all the guests.

To start off our trip we got nailed with a $75 room hold on my debit card and then we got to the room which smelled awful, splatter markings all over the lamp shades, loose outlets in bathroom, window that doesn’t lock on 2nd ground floor and then a dog barking from inside the hotel into the evening.

He had bed bugs on his bed that he discovered at around 0200 and the front desk attendant was very harsh and almost reluctant to fix the issue. Even went to the extend to leave a note (that my friend saw as it wasnt hidden very well by the morning front desk person) calling him a jerk and complaining that he complained about having bugs. The morning attendant was shown the pictures of the bugs by my friend and he asked if he was sure it wasn't roaches, like that is a "better thing" that bed bugs. I started to check my room and they definitely need to update and train their staff on how to really clean rooms, because in between the mattress and headboard you could see the old hairs and one could notice that was not cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. Needless to say, I felt responsible for as I recommended this hotel for our stop in route to training to Kentucky. Definitely will look elsewhere before I stay here again.

Location was good, the room was fairly clean but had odors. Had to buy air fresheners. If had a small table and two chairs could be better.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. You only get 2 pillows for a king size bed in a high end room and the pillows were very worn in and not very comfortable.

Staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

-
Decent simple place It smelled funny

Overall, great recharge station in an old style West Virginia motel. The entrance was confusing.
-
old and dated, needs a facelift, Room was clean and the sole employee was helpful

The stained mattress with a giant hole in it was a nice welcome as I walked in the hotel. The sounds my shoes made as I walked across the sticky floor. I like that in the 5 minutes I spent there I didn't leave with bed bugs.
