We stayed there for 2 nights and loved the jacuzzi that was in the room. We would stay there again if going through the area.

We stayed one night with family of 3 person ( 2 Adults + 1 Child ). The room was clean, AC works just fine. There is small refrigerator and microwave given at the room. Overall we satisfied for the price we paid.

Clean rooms, great water pressure. It is really hard to get in and out of the property.

How i had to pay 25 dollars to check in at 1 o'clock there was no eggs, bacon, sausage in morning but has bread for toast

The bathroom had major issues — the toilet was clogged, there was a bad smell in the room, and the basin was also not working properly. I contacted the front desk to request assistance with fixing the toilet and basin, but no one came to address the issue. The receptionist only advised me to discuss the matter with the owner. Overall, the lack of maintenance, slow response, and poor room condition made the stay unpleasant. I expected a cleaner room and better support from the hotel staff.

Fair stay at good location, right off the I70. Convenient for overnight stay. Wife was non existent, useless. Breakfast was extremely basic, but ok for the price. Basic amenities enough for a quick stop, vamue for money. Wifi, sucked! Cleanliness, could be better. Breakfast, left us wanting for more.

We booked 2 rooms at this property. Unfortunately, my kid got sick the day before and I had to cancel it. I made the cancelation before the allowed time on the cancelation policy. I was still charged little over what I paid for the room as cancelation fees. Contacted customer service and they tried reaching the property owner, they denied. I called the owner and he was rude to the point he refused to even hear me out. I asked twice if he can calm down so we can talk, he said no he is not interested. I was trying to reschedule for another day so we can visit and book rooms at same property. But my trust in expedia has been challenged. Charging for cancelation is okay, bt not having a very basic skills to talk to your customer is huge.

Yes, had to pay $25 for my pet Schoodle but he was worth it. Every thing was very satisfactory, this is my 3rd time in to stay there.
