We always stay at the Hampton Inn at Triadelphia, WVa when we come to visit family. We don’t even consider anywhere else. We just wish there was a guest laundry on every floor instead of just one for all the guests

It is nice to have a choice of hot food for breakfast while traveling.

Convenient, quiet location. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Hotel is being remodeled, so a few little pieces of trim was missing in the room. Air conditioner vent was not adjustable and blew directly onto the bed. Breakfast was just okay.

The breakfast was nice. The staff was out checking and refilling constantly to keep it fresh. The woman at the desk wasnt very kind. I approached desk and waited to be greeted. She was sitting there looking down and didnt say anything to me standing there. After I while I greeted her and she responded without looking up at me. Her tone was short and clipped while she checked us in. She wasnt rude, just wasnt friendly or welcoming.

Staff was kind and helpful. We had a bad experience in Saint Louis where cars were vandalized and they attempted to steal our bikes. Hampton understood our concern and calmed our fears. Cute town with restaurants close by. Our dog was welcomed. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices.

Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.
