Friendly Staff Breakfast options

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. They made sure the room i needed was cleaned promptly and went above and beyond. Pillows are extremely flat and breakfast was left to be desired.

Very courteous staff. Complimentary breakfast offered plenty of options and was well prepared. I was put in a recently renovated room and it was immaculate. Fitness Center also exceeded expectations. Incredible value for the money. Thank you!

Facility was clean and beautiful. The bed was actually comfortable, which for me is rare when staying in a hotel. The room was cold upon entry, which is a bonus for me. Booking.com needs to tell all the locations whether or not the customer has already paid or not. There was confusion with that.

Mark the late nite front desk manager was absolutely friendly and super helpful. Our check in less that 2 minutes. Wish all was like that

This was our fourth and final stay. We were woken up at 8am by the nonstop hammering. When I complained to the manager he was rude and said they were renovating. People stay at a hotel to sleep. If you’re renovating either block off part of the hotel or at least people know when they book so they can make an informed choice. The rude manager was absolutely the last straw!!!! There are too many good hotels in this area to stay here.

The hotel is under renovation. Our room smelled like the glue for the carpet. It was very strong and hard for my asthma. The shower was very very slow draining. I wouldn't personally stay again.
