Very enjoyable stay

Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.

Excellent Value, Clean, Nice Staff, Well Stocked, Convenient to Wheeling. Just a suggestion to add a few pictures in the rooms to make it more homey.

Great

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom had a bit of mold in the shower and didn’t seem as clean as the rest of the room. The AC unit was VERY loud so we had to turn it off at night. I would say the room was just fine. Definitely not the worst experience by a long shot but didn’t feel as nice as most Hampton Inns. I will also mention they are planning a remodel so I am sure that will improve this hotel tremendously.

Everything was good Breakfast could stand more options..I can't eat western omelette or peppers on potatoes or spicy food but other wise good stuff

The bed was comfy and the room was nice. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. We were only given one towel each for 2 nights and I thought that seemed a bit gross.

Efficient for an overnight stay while traveling. Room was clean and location was good.

Location and price were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Check in was horrible. Attendant was rude from the start, didn’t like that the room had been booked through hotel.com.
-
Location was good for a stopping over A little too pricey, but not terrible

They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest.

My room was a little dated, bathroom wise, but comfortable. Parking, staff, breakfast, all of that was great!
