Overall - great stay. Staff was great and the room was nice and clean. Only one negative - leaking shower door. It was a very minor issue, and I would recommend Hawthorn Suites to anyone!

Very close to everything! Front desk Staff was very friendly and quick to check us in and out. Overall the property was nice. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The only issues were that the shower leaked profusely onto the bathroom floor not because of maintenance but poor design. The bathroom door was also a design issue. It was a sliding barn door style, which didn’t close well or stay closed. Had to place a folded washcloth under it to keep it from sliding open. The staff acknowledged that these were the two things that they got the most complaints about, perhaps when they do a renovation these will be addressed Overall, I would recommend it as a good place to stay

We had to get another hotel because this one was so awful. Do not stay here. We couldn’t even stay here longer than an hour. Worst hotel we have been to. Do your research.

Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Great breakfast choice.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Did not get a sofa bed in the room. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and there were mostly empty containers. This was not the fault of the employee. She was trying to keep the food stocked, tables clean, and run the front desk. She was stretched was too thin. We have stayed at this hotel many times to go shopping, not sure if I will book this hotel again.

Hotel staff was very helpful & pleasant. Breakfast was good and hot. Overall the hotel appeared dated and in need of a “refresh”. Chairs in breakfast area were stained. Guest room was clean & comfortable.

Pros: convenience, spacious, free breakfast, quiet, easy check in Cons: room smelled like feet, hair in the sink and on blanket for pull out, there were no sheets on the pull out, fruit flies, old outdated bathroom and shower floor stained and leaked onto bathroom floor
