The room smelled like FEET. There was a very obvious dirt ring around the tub. Don't see how they missed that.

The location was great. The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. They were way too soft. We have stayed at a lot of holiday inn express and this one was very disappointing.

The place was clean and well kept. The breakfast could have been better as they had instant oat meal vs real oatmeal as the other holiday inns I’ve stayed at.

The breakfast was good and I liked the coffee machine. The room had a terrible odor and seemed to need a very deep clean

Everything was really good across the board

The bed was a bit hard for my taste and the pillows were uncomfortable. The hot tub practically scalded us but when we reported it to the staff they were quick to respond. I would stay there again. Great access to shopping and restaurants right down the road.
