They promised me a refund for the nights I didn’t use, I never got that refund…

Kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked
-
The kitchen was outstanding: full refrigerator, cooktop, sink, dishwasher, dishes, pans. Very helpful!
-
there was only one tiny trash can for a suite with a kitchen and someone's towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

The room and hotel were very clean and amazing very comfortable would definitely stay again

Staff is super pleasant. Our beds were very clean & comfortable. The floor in the room could have been vacuumed better but no big deal. Microwave & refrigerator worked well and were clean. Coffee in lobby was always full, fresh and hot. We would stay here again.

Beautiful room and very easy to get to. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but to each their own.

Hotel was pet friendly and staff was welcoming

The hotel was clean in and out, and the area is clean and safe. Came here for a tournament, which they seem to host a lot of families for these tournaments as well as traveling lineman, oil, and construction workers. Inwas surprised how clean the rooms were with the full kitchen. No complaints. Outside looked like a 3 star hotel and the rooms has great mattresses. I out a 3 for amenities, but i dont know if they have any, but to for an overnight stay, it was great.

Staff was kind, but facilities are old. Bedding was decent.
-
The room was gross. They don’t provide toiletries- no shampoo, condition or body wash. We had about half a roll of toilet paper. Not even an extra in the cupboard.
-
Very clean but could have used some napkins or paper towels and at least light breakfast on
-
We stayed here last year for a tournament at the sportplex. It was such a good experience we stayed again for this weekend tournament . We’ll definitely be back

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. On site parking was available even though the hotel was booked. The location was perfect. It is in a quiet space off the main road, yet still very close to activites. We would come back again.

The online pictures are completely deceiving. This property is dirty. The only good thing I can say is the man that worked the front desk at night was so nice.

The staff here is awesome! Jennifer and Andrew at the desk are fantastic. The manager Tia was wonderful to communicate with when we left something behind in the room and they were able to hold it for us until we were back again a couple of weeks later. The price is amazing for the location. The people at the desk are willing to help with anything wether it be a AA battery for the teenager's shaver, shampoo, toothpaste, or a can opener when dinner doesn't quite go as planned, they were so helpful and accommodating. The outdoor grill area was out of propane which was only discovered after preparing all the hamburger patties and hauling everything outside. We were looking forward to using that outdoor space. I should have checked in advance or made a call prior to our arrival to ask if it was filled and checked regularly. No big deal. I always have a back up plan and we quickly turned it into sloppy Joe's on the room stove.
