The entire hotel smelled like smoke

This is my go to when I'm in WV. The staff are fantastic and friendly. My room is always clean.

The room was dinky the bed was cheap, no chair in corner, the mattress protector cover was nasty and didn't look clean, had stains all over the side of it, the A/C was set to 66 but it stayed 74 in the room and just being in the room we felt like there was bugs on us. We ended up leaving and getting another hotel. We not recommend this hotel to anyone I know

Was good for 1 night would not have stayed longer.

The price was good and the room was clean and the area was nice. I will definitely stay again.

Expedia overbooked and I didn’t have a room! Won’t use them again

The staff were fantastic, especially the evening front desk clerk. I was impressed with the in-room kitchenette. The beds and pillows are horrible. I didn’t sleep well either night and I have an horrible kink in my back because of it.

House keeping. Was nonexistent. I understand that pets are allowed there, but they should at least clean up after the pets before the next guest arrive. Lack of cleanliness and the elevator barely worked

Would stay again any time I’m in the wheeling area for a sports event! Room was clean! Very spacious!

Reserved a double queen room and only a queen bed was available. After we checked into our room, another party tried to enter the room because they were assigned our room. The hotel smelled, the only elevator wasn't functioning and the stairwell was filthy with debris.

The bed was broke, it being a wire base/floating frame, someone had already zip tied it but they were broke. The kitchenette floor was so greasy we almost slipped several times. Staff was friendly. The hallways smelled and were dingy. I think people are living there as well. Loud noises constantly from other rooms

I brought my own so that didnt really bother me much. They only put one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to ask for more at the desk. No housekeeper came by the entire time we were there which I thought was very odd. It was cheap to stay there but the property is poorly managed and little to no housekeepers to keep up with the property.

Staff was amazing. I left because the place was dirty, especially the floors and there was a room next to me that obviously wasn’t going to sleep that night. The AC unit in my room was stuck on high and I couldn’t change it. There were some shifty characters walking around. Not my thing.

It appeared that someone had used our bathroom. Their towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the toilet seat was up and the toilet paper wasn’t folded. I misread the pet policy and thought the $50 deposit was refundable, instead it was a non-refundable cleaning fee. That was my fault. The last hiccup was the checkout time was listed on the back of our door was listed at 12 but the front desk said it was at 11. They were very kind and let us stay a bit past 11.

The staff was friendly I booked 4 rooms, they smelled so bad. The carpet and chairs were filthy in each room, the bed frames were extremely dusty. One room had a very dirty refrigerator, my room had a dirty toilet, my son had dirty towels. I purchased washcloths, towels and plug ins together us through the stay from Walmart. The only reason I didn't leave is because of the policy andnI I would have lost my money. That was four rooms for 2 nights. I didn't want to lose that and get rooms somewhere else. One more thing, I booked this place specifically because I was visiting my son in college, it was a holiday weekend and they had grills, but they were beyond filthy, we didn't even use them.
