HYATT house White Plains

Easy to get to and from. Close to HPN airport. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious

Very clean and nice, big rooms. Free breakfast. Walking distance to a Wegman’s grocery with lots of meal choices. Our favorite hotel to stay at when in White Plains.

I loved this hotel! It was a treat to stay in. Large rooms that were clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor space to sit by the fire and have drinks. I would stay here again.

The property was clean and the rooms exceptionally well cleaned and maintained. The property had alot to offer and easily accessible from the highway and there is a Wegmans supermarket 1/2 mile away if that. The staff was tremendous. I was able to check in early and everyone was extremely polite and went out of their way to say hello. When im in the area again this is my place to stay

I’ve stayed there previously; however this time I was assigned room 219D. (Never seen a room there with a letter after the room number). My scheduled flight was canceled, and I arrived at 1:00 AM, too tired to request a room change. The room was tiny, a “broom closet”, very disappointing.

Hotel was convenient to the airport (5 min drive) - daytime staff were very helpful, nighttime staff less so, but this hotel fit the bill. Only problem was a maintenance issue with the toilet in the room, ran all night - and there was no alternative provided -- but I'm sure that was a one-off.

The staff at the hyatt were extremely helpful, polite and professional. The manager was extraordinary, went above and beyond. I have no words for them. It was the best service. Anyone could receive.

While the hotel looked promising online, I was disappointed by the overall value for a King Studio Suite). The price was quite expensive for what was offered, and the room was only mediocre at best: small room for a king-sized bed, linens for pull-out was not clean, frayed carpet and upholstery, dangling light fixture in bathroom, AC that did not working well, and breakfast was good if you could get it because they kept running out of food. It was clean enough, but the furnishings felt dated, the amenities were average, nothing about the room justified the high nightly rate. For the amount we paid, I expected a much more comfortable and upscale experience. The staff was courteous, but the room itself did not meet expectations. I would likely look for a different option next time, especially considering the cost.
