HYATT house White Plains

Room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the overhead exhaust fan came on late in the evening and it was very loud. We called the desk and were told there was no maintenance person on the premises and our only option was to move rooms.

Convenient location and amenities are good. Key card system did not always work and had to reactivate room card several times.

Breakfast it was nice Maintenance was poor, I called for water come down from the entrance Door of room 224 no one shows up for 5 to 6 hours and this wasn't was yet fixe till we check out.

Location was perfect for patients using Sloan Kettering Costs for pets was high

Large room, bar area was nice. Only a medium opacity shade on windows. No blackout so the spotlights in the parking lot were to bright in the middle of the night. Minimal supples, the cabinets in kitchen area are so low I had to bend over to see the faucet and access the coffee pot. If I was here for more than a day it would not be acceptable for a suite.

Everything was good. i would just suggest at the time of check in and if you are staying more than one day, staff should advise you that there is a different bracelet to be used daily. to avoid any issues.

I know New York hotel prices are high but $350 a night for a room that had no hot water in the bathroom sink and only very intermittent hot water in the shower is a serious problem. It was dwarfed only by the fact that a wet water-soaked ceiling tile fell on my friend's head as we were walking down the hallway and totally drenched him with the pool of water that was on top of it and covered his clothes with crumbled wet ceiling tile. The front desk clerk said there was nothing she could do to compensate us because I paid for the reservation on Expedia. I just think no hot water and ceiling tiles on the head are not what you expect. Not what I expect at a $350-a-night hotel. Of course I'm not from New York and I don't normally pay those kinds of prices, but that was absurd.

The room was clean, comfortable and close to MSK which was he reason for my stay. When checking in I was told to park by the dumpster :( I'm sure here's a better way to tell me where to park that is close to my room :(

Disappointing

Comfortable suite for 10 day stay Overhead complaints from other guests about not having their room cleaned. We declined room service and just put out garbage & traded in towels.

Hotel is run down and the hallways had a bunch of trash bags at every other door. Room was dusty and felt gross. Not impressed and genuinely surprised this hotel has a 9.0 rating

I let the desk clerk know upon departure.

Solid place for the price. Very clean. Breakfast was good, basic but good. Pool is nice.

Parking was ok

From arrival to departure I felt like I was home. Being able to spend time with my partner and cook was such an added bonus. The staff were so great and helpful.
