Nicely renovated property.

The facility itself was nice and clean, it was very good, but when I checked out, the front desk told me that they would send me a receipt by email but did not. As everyone knows, we need to get receipts for business trips.
-
They had the coffee machine in the room and different options, they had the water (unlike the other hotels) and the location was perfect

Clean room
-
Beautifully clean and comfortable
-
Front desk clerk was very rude
-
Breakfast was not good and overpriced. Destination taxes charged! WHY???? Rooms were too expensive and PAID PARKING!
-
The room.was supposed to have water and snacks....it did not. The floor i was staying on was quite dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed in a bit. My room overall was nice though.

The bathroom with a walk-in shower was inadequate; there was only one half glass door and it had a big hole which allowed water to go on the floor if used! This forced us to use the step in tub for showers or to sponge bathe! The beds slept like a bean bag!! The only microwave available for use was stationed at the other end of the hallway!!!

Good breakfast bar, pleasant staff, clean and spacious rooms.

Great onsite restaurant!

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice beds and pillows, and thermostat/AC, shower, etc all worked well. Self parking was complementary, which is good. Staff always friendly and helpful. No complaints about the room, lobby or staff. Cons: The $30 daily "resort fee" add-on is ridiculous -- as it is with most hotels. Silly and excessive. Don't make me spend $60 for two people at breakfast so I can get a "credit" -- especially when paying $270/night. A regular coffee in lobby was $6.50. Not latte or fancy drink, just a coffee. Crazy. (Go across street to Whole Foods and it's about $2.50). Also, and this was particularly disappointing: ice machines on multiple floors were broken. So we had to search for ice on several floors. Not sure if this is being remedied or simply hotel not caring about it. Just a few nagging cons for an otherwise solid hotel in the area.

The room lacked amenities that are often expected at this price point, such as bathrobes and slippers, and the in-room Keurig coffee was of very poor quality. Given the nightly rates, a basic breakfast buffet should be included rather than offered at an additional charge. While some staff members were courteous, professional, and helpful, others were inattentive and, at times, rude. Overall, the hotel fell well short of expectations for the price charged.

Dinner was lovely in the restaurant downstairs. Staff was incredible! There was someone hair all over the floors all in the shower shower drains under the tables both sides of the bed on the floor it was really rough being turned off from that part
-
Nice spacious clean King bed - room for us. The bed was comfortable; shower power was good. We like the spacious bar in the lobby area. Personable professional staff/

My husband’s ring went missing from the room. the experience that followed was deeply disappointing. Management offered no meaningful assistance, no solutions, and not even an apology. The lack of concern and accountability was disheartening. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay at this property again, nor would we consider staying at ANY Sonesta hotel in the future.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming.
-
The staff and parking Air conditioning malfunctioning either very hot or very cold.

Great stay!
