Central Motel Courtyard

Very hard bed. There were poorly done remodels that left some major cosmetic and unsightly gaps in the carpet and bathroom. The pictures show a much better room than what I got. There were two water bottles. The fridge didn’t work and smelled awful.

I specifically booked a room with one king bed, but upon arrival I was not informed that my room had been changed. It was only after I got to the room that I discovered I had been assigned a room with two full beds instead of the king bed I reserved. I don't understand how a room type can be confirmed and reserved in advance, yet not be available when I check in. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss other options. The replacement room (Room 420) also had a connecting door to the neighboring room (Room 418), which created a significant noise issue. The guests next door were extremely loud well into the night. Around 2:30 AM, we called the front desk and asked if they could contact the neighboring room and address the noise. Unfortunately, nothing changed. As a result, we were unable to sleep for most of the night and did not receive the room type or quality of stay that we paid for. Between being assigned a different room without notice and the unresolved noise disturbance, this experience fell far below expectations. Because of these issues, I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for this stay.

Nothing Doors dont lock secure you can open it by pushing it hard or using credit card doors have regular apartment door candle lock

Convienient, man behind desk was nice Super sketchy, kinda gross, no soap, missing pillowcase, blanket had cigarette burns, reeked of weed, leaky sink, hair on toilet, staircase by room was broken?

The one older guy was trying to help us. The place was dirty . There was a old barbque sauce in container on floor all dried out. The sink base leaked all over bathroom floor . The radiator in bathroom fell off as my husband was using the toilet that was held with 1 screw in toilet seat. The bed spread was stained and burn holes in it . The sheet had a stain . Pillow with out pillow case . TV all it said was scan channel . The night stand next to bed was dirty inside . Was woke up by a guy screaming and dog barking . The stairwell for escape that was by our room was all closed because it was unsafe . 2 out of 3 stairwell were closed , the one farthest from our room was the only one open . Definitely fire code violation. I went and bought sheets to put on bed as I refused to sleep on dirty sheets. I just recieved chemo that day and the flith that was there made me sick . Had I known I wouldn't have booked for Christmas. Now the owner won't call or answer . Number says it is a non working number to put in voice mail number if you have one.

Thin walls heard neighbors and no smoke detector in my room.

Horrible Roaches!!!!!!!!!!

The location was ok. Cockroach infested, cold, noisy and dirty. Rude staff. Awful, awful place. Paid $250 for 2 nights., but this was way too much.

It looks like a haunted mansion.

Roaches in the room patrons appearance to be that of a drug user loud noise poorly made bed horrible towels and bath clothes simply horrible Location to my agenda for the day

Nothing It had bugs in the shower and no heat the beds were horrible and water was leaking from the sink and it was just a bad place to stay

Nothing. Everything. The pictures are probably from when the building was fi ished, but right now Everything is very old and badly kept.

This was by far the worst hotel experience Ive ever experienced. My wife and I decided not to even sit on the bed and left after 15 for fear of bedbugs and God knows what else. Absolutely terrifyingly horrible place.
