The size and layout of the room. Spacious and very comfortable. We requested an early check in time in order to arrive at a family member's wake. I was never told about the additional $50 fee for this service and I did not find out until we checked in. Very unhappy about this surprise.

Parking was a bit pricey but the location is great, staff were helpful and hospitable, clean rooms and we enjoyed the stay

Excellent location offering easy access to all basic facilities and transport. Room was clean and tidy. Friendly and polite staff. Buffet breakfast spread was good too. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant experience. Thanks to the staff. There is nothing to complain.

Desk staff on check in were less than helpful explaining how to get to restaurants attached to the hotel. Valet parking was atrocious. I have an app on my phone for my car and it reported that the sunroof and drivers side windows were open and I know for a fact they shouldn’t have been open bc I never had them open in the first place. I was very upset and asked for a refund for the valet charge- I expect my car to be safe when entrusting it to valet, and they told me my app must be wrong bc the windows were closed. Lies. My room was adjoining another room- people in the other room were LOUD, I heard their entire conversation for hours. Rooms and bathrooms were clean which is number one on my list always. Paid $20 pp for a buffet breakfast that included chewy bacon and cold oatmeal.. def not worth it. Deli down the street was great. Wouldn’t stay again unless it was the only hotel in the area.

Staff was amazing and helpful! When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready but they did give us free breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Window seal was leaking in our room on rainy day. Room was clean and tidied every day of our visit. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful daily.
