Staff excellent hotel clean

Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here

So luxurious and clean! Wish I was there on vacation and not just for work.

All nice and very good except the reception people.... not good

Amazing stay. Will be visiting again.

You will find poor service from multiple individuals. This was a Ritz Carlton but no longer. Expect a low level of service where people are trying to do the minimum and are okay with getting low reviews.

After a good few years, I decided to return to the Opus Hotel. Unfortunately, the disappointment was—and remains—even greater than before. This is certainly not a 5-star hotel. There is no on-site restaurant or bar (though there are two restaurants located within the building). The breakfast service—staffed by only a single waiter taking orders at tables set with tablecloths that had clearly already served several other guests before you—does not make for a very good start to the day. As for the room, there is no minibar, and the bed linens are worn and torn. You have to specifically ask for a bathrobe and slippers. In the bathroom, I found a clogged toilet bowl and a used bar of soap left behind. In the spa, time seems to have stood still; you get ushered out of the pool area even before closing time. The staff—tired and overworked (really?)—seem to be asking, "What do you want from us?!" For over $400 for a single night mid-week, I have every right to expect certain standards to be upheld—especially given that this hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment!

Great stay at this hotel! The property itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. One of the best parts of the location is how many great restaurants are within a short walk — all within about 5 blocks. We had so many options including Italian, Indian, Colombian, and even a Brazilian steakhouse nearby. It made dinner plans easy every night. Definitely a great spot if you enjoy having lots of food choices close by. Would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable but much about the service could use some work. The valet yanked my door open and started closing my windows before I was even ready to get out of the car. He took down my number wrong, and repeatedly touched my phone to scroll through my messages when I assured him I had not received the expected text message. There were over-served patrons making a lot of unhappy noises in the elevator area. The food was poor quality in the lounge. My in-room dining for breakfast was over- and under-cooked. The desk agent at check-in was brusk, rushed through a lot of information and then looked annoyed when I asked her about printing documents. The room service server and the front desk staff in the morning were lovely and very helpful, however.
