This is a very nice hotel

We only stayed for one night- was expecting a better experience based on it being a “5 star hotel”. However, it was more like a 3 star hotel at best. Despite getting there late at night - the room wasn’t completely clean. Found an empty water bottle next to the side of the bed, hairs in the shower, and probably more had we actually looked. The quality of towels,sheets, etc is definitely not 5 star.

The property was beautiful, modern, and impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

My buddy said it was awful The rooms were not clean.. one day there was no house cleaning. I called and they sent a few small towels after a couple of hours. When checking out the customer service manager was told that I had bugs and the room was was never really cleaned.. I was up all night getting bug bites. I do not know if there were bed bugs or regular bug bites. I took photos of the bites. There was just NiobOne who cared!!! I had just recently stayed at a Marriott Bonvage Dalian , China ( professional/ clean m… the opposite with Westchester… Definitely not a company that I would recommend or use again…

Beautiful establishment. Great customer service from valet to doorman to customer service to cleaning staff. Professional atmosphere, gym was clean. Restaurant called Red Horse had excellent drinks and food. Across the street is a mall and Multiple stores and restaurants in the area. Great experience!

Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here
