Large rooms and daily breakfast with great variety. Within walking distance of downtown for shopping and restaurants.

No exhaust fans in the bathroom. Garbage all over the place at breakfast. Limited offerings at lobby shop. Noisy air conditioning.

The way personal talk to people , they're not receptive.

Large room. Parking was a nightmare, constantly demagnetized keys. Intercom for help didn’t work, interior doors that didn’t close properly. Torn screens on the window. Climate control didn’t work properly. Common area women’s bathroom was not serviced often. The staff for the most part were very good.

Only thing I would say is that they never left clean towels stayed for two days and they never came to room to take towels away and leave new ones and didn’t make beds.

Convenient to everything in White Plains

Very spacious and well equipped room with comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location for the purpose we had in White Plains.

Excellent hotel, just be aware the thermostat is regulated and cannot go above or below a certain temperature.

Also, the wall light switches in the great room are not connected to any lighting. There are no ceiling lights in the great room or the bedroom, and no light fixture connected to the light switches. Safety hazard.

Well kept property. Front desk was excellent. Breakfast team was so on point and kept everything fresh and well stocked. The parking situation was a little complicated. We ended up paying when we didn’t have to. Overall, I would def recommend for anyone staying in white plains.

The hotel is conveniently located near train and highway. Breakfast is a nice. The decor could be updated, particularly in the washrooms.

Thermostat would not raise the A/C temperature so we had to shut off the circuit breaker

Location perfect. Hotel little dated but clean. Staff friendly but lacking on local knowledge. Buffet breakfast good - hot good a little soggy by 9 so earlier the better. No bar. Next door restaurant closed on Tuesday.

A nice place to stay but housekeeping only comes once every other day.
