The room we got was pretty dirty and run down. Paint chipping from walls and clear water damage in many areas. The shower was dirty and bathroom had the worst walls of the entire room. It's not a cheap place to stay so I was really hoping for some more upkeep. The linens were clean and the room was OK, it was more structural and long-term damage on the walls that was really off-putting.

I was not happy with the fact that my door to my room had a lock problem the first nite. Returned to the room and was able to push my door open without using a key. Called the front desk and maintenance came but told me he could not do anything at that time at night. The next day my room was changed per my request. Staff was accommodating. First nite the lock on my door did not work. Room was changed. Second nite the televisions blew. Maintenance had to come and change a part on the TV. He was able to get the tvs to work again.

Breakfast was good and the facility was clean. Since the room was fairly expensive, I didn't think an additional fee for parking of $20 + tax per day was appropriate. Parking should have been included or no more than $10/day for guests of the hotel.

Easily accessible to highways. Charging for parking and the garage is very tight! The hotel cost was high. It’s not Manhattan proper. A very comfortable room, suite!

The woman who worked in the dining room was fantastic. Better food options

Very impressed with the room. It was like a little apartment. Staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff working in that area were super nice and kept everything filled up. You didn't need to wait for any food, it was all right there. Will definitely stay again!

I booked a room with three separate beds for three senior citizen men. The room was not provided, only room available was a King and fold out coach. They did provide a fold out bed. This was unacceptable and we asked for a second room and was told that they were completely sold out. The empty garage and sparse crowd at breakfast the next day makes me question that.

The complimentary breakfast is delicious. Besides the usual fair of bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles and pancakes, there is feta kale sun-dried tomato egg white bites. Also every type of topping imaginable for oatmeal
