Howard's Creek Inn

Parking was a challenge. We were blocked in by the Bistro patrons next door; however, the public parking is very close and only had to use it one night. The rest of the time we were able to park in the parking lot of the hotel.

Location is very convenient for activities in the Lewiaburg area and the Greenbrier. Excellent restaurants available also!

Very nice place. Close to cute shops and eateries. A little confusing to find but no big deal. Only thing missing was a toaster. Would have been nice but toasted in a pan. Would definitely stay again.

This was a quiet, peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The Wi-Fi was at times questionable however if you go here, I hope you’re not going just to stay in and watch TV.

Nice location. Clean comfortable room

The location was close proximity to the Greenbrier Resort. The heat didn't work. I was offered an apartment upstairs, but I wasn't feeling good and just dealt with it. 1 suggestion, make sure all utilities are working before customers arrive.

The location was right in the middle of town and only a few minutes down the road from the event we came into town for. It is definitely a much more affordable stay if you're in town for an event at the Greenbrier. Plus there is a restaurant basically on site which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms were in very nice condition and it felt like a little home away from home! The first room we were in had ductless mini-split air handlers & the room was on the colder side because it hadn't had ample time to heat up and it was FREEZING outside. The manager quickly offered to assist and when the issue couldn't be immediately resolved, she was very quick to offer to move us to another room and was not rude or at all unpleasant about it. That was definitely a breath of fresh air whereas most places nowadays you'd have to beg to be moved elsewhere and deal with someone who has an attitude toward you for making that kind of request.

Check in was easy. Very responsive and flexible! We'll stay here again when we're in town!

The place was welcoming. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The only things we had trouble with was trying to figure out how to work the heating system and that they had no spoons in the kitchen cabinet and no coffee maker. We also had a hard time trying to remember two codes…one for the outside door and one for our main room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Cute town. Creek running behind the Inn with a nice area to walk our dogs. Our room was very big, decorated nicely and the bed was so comfortable I had a hard time waking up!

Great space

Everything was adorable and good location to our event. Problem was walls were super thin could hear everything. The room across the hall had a dog left un-attended and barked the whole time.

Mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all! At this price point one would expect better! Expected both rooms to have queen beds. A sleeper sofa with a comfortable mattress would be a huge improvement. A wine opener would be a plus

Large Apartment with Separate Bedroom and Living Room

I thought the staff was excellent, i never met them but they are very nice abd helpful. I could not make the trip due illness, i couldn't get anyone from expedia to help me. So i called the Hotel and they said they would gladly return my money, but expedia would not let them. So Hotel staff was amazing. Expedia was the worst, will stay at hotel but will never use expedia again.
