Pictures are not accurate. Pool is green and filthy. Rooms were not wiped down or cleanly. No elevator. No breakfast or any baked goods. Super unfortunate

Bathroom had hair in it. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Ice machine was broken. No breakfast just coffee. It was quiet, no bugs and did not smell like Marijuana so those were a bonus. The pool did not look appealing at all. Good for a one night stay but not luxury in any capacity.

Got to my room and it was gross, shower was gross! Shower drain was beyond moldy, and rusty, AC made a loud terrible noise, bed and pillows were stained. The caulk in the shower was molded. After about 20 minutes I walked to the front desk and asked about canceling my stay, but was told I wouldn’t be refunded, next the lady insisted that I check out other available rooms, I hesitated and said yes, we walked through 5 rooms that made the first room look like a ballroom! Beyond gross, I told the lady that I’ll take a loss on the $129 that I spent plus the additional 50 bucks that’s still pending on my credit card. But she insisted I checked one more room out. Not to mention I had to be up for work in less than 7 hours, which I mentioned multiple times. Finally made it to the 6th room, it was decent shower was clean, at this point I wanted to sleep, but the smell was horrendous, I go to the front desk, she comes back in with Lysol spray, and proceeded to spray after saying it does smell like old pizza, smh why me!! Is all I could think. I slept in my clothes in the fetal position with my bag underneath my head!

Rented non smoking rooms and they smelled like smoke, the shower was clogged, and everything in the hotel smelled bad.

Room was clean but whole place needs updating. Bed was comfortable and tv channels were excellent. No breakfast even though there was a breakfast room. Pool looked clean but broken concrete around it was disconcerting. For the price we paid and the room pictures we expected better than 3 dining table chairs to sit on in room. Very disappointing.

Staff got me a new hairdryer and some ice. Yay! Good water pressure, room was clean. Effective air conditioning.

Three room was very dirty. The floors were sticky with dirt and grime everywhere the sheets had stains the room smelled very humid all the furniture was in poor conditions and sticky and the AC unit was Not working properly it was set at the coldest and was Not cooling the room at all.
