We stayed with our young kids here because we wanted a kitchen and a water view. We were at Michigan adventure for the weekend which was only 13 mins from our hotel. The check in and out process was great aside from that we never had to interact with anyone. Our room was on the corner on the bay facing the water and it was very relaxing and everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub. There some nice little restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Wonderful stay. Clean. Relaxing. Perfect way to spend an anniversary night near silver lake sand dunes that we love to come to for the last 24 years. Will stay again.

The location was amazing. It was right next to was walking trails and area attractions. The view of the lake from the trails and the patio were excellent. We were awaken in the night by the people in the room above them and hallway chatter. We could hear the mumble of conversations and their running water was loud. The convenience of the location, access to some sort of a snack, and comfort of the bed still made it worth the stay.

Staff was absolutely amazing. We had a great time just wish that maybe a better job of cleaning up cob webs to attract less would have been great so we would have actually been able to enjoy the patio aspect and half the reason I rented the room but I get that you cannot control Mother Nature.

Everything was wonderful. We came in late and the night reception was not only very pleasant and cordial, he happily offered to carry a few items upstairs for me. Real customer service is rare, he is an asset to the property

The balcony overlooking the marina on the lake was nice and quiet, and the back deck with the peninsula lawn was gorgeous. The staff was helpful and quick on refilling breakfast items and giving us an extra blanket. The room also had a pullout couch, so a family of four could enjoy one room. We were happy with the King bed. We loved having a fridge and microwave in the room also.

We had an easy and efficient check-in. All the information we needed was provided at that time. The room was clean and matched the pictures we saw ahead of arriving.
