Hotel was ok, but the hallway smelled VERY strongly of smoke even though it said no smoking. Toilet seat was also broken. Walls were touched up with paint and didn't look the best....

There was mold in the first room I was given and cockroaches in the second room.

Took a little while to get hot water up to 4th floor, but it did get hot after awhile.

My room was not cleaned or linens changed in almost a month despite requesting cleaning service and being promised over and over. The counter tops furniture and walls inside my room were all damaged. The carpeted hallways on the upper floors are always incredibly dirty and smelly. No utensils whatsoever were provided in the room.

It was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. The moment you walk in the door, you’re hit with the smells of cigarettes and marijuana even though the whole place is non-smoking. The rooms are bare bones, and the full kitchens don’t include utensils, plates, cups, anything. The room looked like it had been updated at least 10 years ago, and was well worn. For what I paid, I expected a lot more.

It was very close to stores and it looked very nice in the lobby. The room I was in had roaches. There was boric acid on each side of the fridge. I noticed this bc I saw a roach crawling up the wall by the refrigerator. I got closer and I saw the boric acid.

Average extended stay hotel. Rooms were clean, getting towels and washcloths exchanged was a little difficult with the front desk hours. All in all not a bad option.

Walked jn and it smelled like weed and incense. We arrived at 9:15 pm and staff at desk was in a rush to check us in. Got to our room which was supposed to be 2 beds and found 1 double bed. Went down to get correct room and front desk was closed with a barrier pulled down. Had to call a number posted. Was told to make it work because that was all they had. There were 2 kids with 1 adult and no hide a bed/cot available. As i was downstairs calling other hotels, the family the checked in right before us was leaving because they saw at least 10 roaches in their room.

The room smell really bad

First of all, I will never stay at this property again. I’ve traveled all over and this was probably one of the worst hotels that I’ve stayed in bar soap was so small. I have planned to make sure I bring my own soap the next time no iron no ironing board. The room was so uninviting the bed very uncomfortable. They even tucked the blanket under the mattress all the way around the bed no staff available after certain hours you have to call someone and wait on them. The AC heating unit was on air-conditioning and the temperature was 39° turned it up to 90° at night for some heat and it’s still blowed cold air again very uncomfortable was unable to sleep. I even left the property a day early paying for a night that that I did not even use.

Upon my check-in, the price I was charged was not the price given to me online. The associate did not know why or how to fix the problem. They were less than helpful and unbothered by it. I learned from the manager later that there's a pet fee I was charged even though I expressly told the associate I didn't have a pet when they asked. Apparently, they did not know how to remove the charge properly. Secondly, the guests directly above me had kids that they allowed to run, jump and drag chairs across the floor til all hours of the early morning. When I called the front desk to complain, they were again less than helpful in curbing the behavior and it continued on my second night. After my second call that night, once the kids calmed down it was apparent the "parents" were going to continue making nuisances of themselves and kept the racket up overhead into the early hours of the morning. I was booked for a week but immediately checked out and demanded my refund the following morning. Part of their job as hospitality is to ensure every guest's basic needs, at the least. I was paying too much money for this simple request not to be met. Unruly and rude guests should have to comply or be asked to leave public spaces.
