Room was clean but smelled musty. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels etc.

In town for family weekend at Elon . Room needed work mattress smelled like urine . Sofa bed was stained and hair everywhere in room

we liked tbeconvenient location. Tne bed spread and blanket were dirty. The bath tub was slippery. The bath sink had blocked flow. The wall paper was coming loose.

Clean room, easy checkin, quiet night.

Just a little fresher smell. I like smelling the cleansers. Then I know it's really fresh and clean

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, the added breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are very nice size. Check in and staff were pleasant and efficient. The hotel was adequate, but showing age and needing refurbishing in some areas. For example, chairs in dining area are threadbare. Breakfast was fine, but doesn’t offer quite as many choices as some other chains. Coffee was extremely strong.

On the bright side, their dryers do get hot.

Pullout was awful and needed to be vacuumed

Everything was wonderful. Love the little sitting area, refrigerator, microwave. It was quiet, no one knocking on your door. We had a very nice stay The front desk personnel was not very friendly. No kind greeting when we arrived. and when we left did not ask how I stay was or anything just "your receipt will be in your email.

AC was a bit awkward

I have stayed here before for college dropoff/family weekend/etc with no issues. This time was different. The lock to my room (keycard) would not work. I repeatedly went to the front desk and they repeatedly reactivated my card telling me not to put it near phone or othe devices which I did not. Every single time I went back to the room the key did not work. Having to move my daughter into college I needed to be in and out of the room frequently. I asked someone to come please look at the lock as I didn’t think it was an issue with my key card, but with the lock and they said everyone has this problem. They refused to go look at it. I eventually could not get into the room at all and maintenance was called. Maintenance never showed up. I was unable to get into the room. I asked for a new room and they said they couldn’t accommodate me until the evening. That evening, the manager had to come up with a device to manually open my room and admit it the lock was broken. This was extremely frustrating when trying to move my daughter in to college and having to make numerous trips back-and-forth from the hotel. The new room was fine and the key worked perfectly. However, there were no pillows in the room just throw pillows. It had been a 12 hour day and I went to the front desk and kindly ask for pillows. They said the hotel has no more pillows I needed to use what was provided which were only throw pillows. I asked them if I could get pillows from prior room and was told no

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. Our first room had a foul odor, non-functional lighting, and a broken toilet. The front desk staff attempted to be helpful - which I appreciate - however, the second room was only marginally better. There was rust and mold in the bathroom, a broken door, a dirty refrigerator with iced over freezer covered in food remnants, and abandoned items from previous guests. In addition, the toiletry containers were not refilled after the last guest, so there was no shower gel and only a tiny amount of hand lotion available. Given the lack of upkeep and the overall poor condition of the property, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

This hotel is on a good location and a nice area. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great

Ants and unknown stain in couches shower took forever to work. Secind room AC was not working

The water from the bathroom sink was barely more than a drip and the drain in the bathtub was terrible. I was standing in more than 2 inches of water during my shower and had to to turn of the water to let it drain twice.

But..... the room had a smoker smell, i advise the front desk staff room could use some upgrades and better cleaning
