Room was very clean and breakfast was good. Hallway smelled liked cigarettes due to someone smoking in a room.

I explained our situation to the hotel staff and they were more than accommodating. They gave us a full refund for the remaining nights. Now that's QUALITY customer service!

Well ran hotel I plan to book again in the very near future

When we arrived in our room, there was a strong cigarette smell. Since it was already late and we were checking out early the next morning, I tried not to let it bother me. However, as we were getting ready for bed, we noticed a large cockroach on the bed. I immediately called the front desk to ask if we could be moved to another room. I was told that the hotel was completely booked, which was surprising given that it was midweek and the parking lot appeared to be mostly empty. Because of the late hour, we had no choice but to stay in the room for the night. We travel through the area often, and after our first great experience, I had considered this our hotel of choice for future stays. Unfortunately, this experience with the cockroach and the cigarette smell has changed that. We’ll likely look at other options the next time we’re in the area. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as cleanliness and a comfortable room are basic expectations when staying at a hotel.

This was the first time staying at this brand of hotel. I will stay again, definitely! Very clean though out. By far one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk staff was amazing.

The staff were very polite the room was clean and comfortable. The shower felt amazing. Breakfast was good but the eggs were cold. Other than that no complaints. If back around here I will stay again

Very very nice and renovated hotel property with a nice ambience. Can't remember the guy that checked me in but he was super nice with excellent customer service. I really like this hotel style. Hope to visit again when visiting N.C.

The staff was friendly and helpful

Beautiful spot with easy access to highway and groceries. Cute town near and lots of hiking trails with access to lakes☀️. Property is well maintained with different areas for camping, RVs, glamping & cabins. All the essentials are provided to cook, clean and relax. Buy some firewood and charcoal to have a bonfire and grill on the deck.

Staff and hotel accommodations

It was good

Room and property were clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. My primary complaint is that the bathroom door did not fit properly in its frame and we could not close it fully.

Newer property - well maintained and clean. Wish they had paid for the upgrade on bathroom tools. Breakfast was better than most.
