Hyatt Place Wichita State University

Stayed here for 1 night on a business trip. Room was very spacious and updated. Hot morning shower with plenty of water pressure. Room stayed cool on a hot 100°+ day on the 4th floor. Nice surprise was the bar and it stays open until 2am. Great location and lots of amenities near by! Will stay again when in town. Staff super friendly!

Front desk staff was friendly and greeted us every time we went through the lobby. The room was refreshed with clean towels. Property is clean and in a great location!

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was awesome, they tried their hardest to find my wife make up removers. Convenient location on a nice campus. Breakfast was solid. Beds and pillows were a little mediocre. Overall a great stay and very nice rooms.

The breakfast was great! They had complementary dog treats up front for our frenchie. The bar was good and stays open until 2 for adults. Plenty of seating to hangout in lobby and lounge around. The downstairs bathrooms were great! I ended up having two rooms and did late check out on one and the staff after I came back to check out of the second room gave me some things I left behind about about $80 in protein bars I accidentally left in the fridge of the room they had already cleaned so that was sooooo sweet! Ghe gentleman who works the desk during the day shift with dreads is great and his customer service was on point. Very helpful not only throughout booking but the entire stay. We will definitely be booking here again for the MAYB next year! The elevators were fast. The AC works great! Rooms get really cold. Water pressure is strong and water stays HOT. The vending at the front desk though is a little expensive / over priced. Shower floors and bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. Attention to little details. But not bad at all! - also there is only ONE washer and dryer for the entire hotel customers so that was a bummer and definitely needed to be on it to score next one a wash as we traveled with our basketball team who NEEDED uniforms washed nightly.

The room was spotless and kept the light out. The food was delicious, and the eating area was clean.
