Extended Stay America Select Suites - Wichita - North

For my stay it eased me the staff was welcoming and explained where my room was it was easy to find no loud noises and pets are welcome

Noise from other guests was bothersome coming and going after midnight. Doors slamming at times. AC was nice and cool. Stove, fridge, bathroom nice and clean. Bed was fair+ comfort for sleeping. TV had good programming choices.

Quite and close to food restaurants Was great no issues

Was in town to attend a race and got back to hotel at midnight and coildnt get tv to work after trying all options. Dodnt call on sight staff, who we were told at check in that they lived there, due to it being late at night. No a huge issue but still frustrating. In the morning after showering, the tub drain was very slow and you had to stand in about 3 inches of water while drying off. Was going to tell person at front desk but checkin area had no lights on with entry door shut so I assumed no staff was there in mornings so we left. Probably wo t stay there again.

Close to work Stayed there for a month. The elevator was out the whole time.

There was no housekeeping and we had to pay too get clean sheets washcloth the towels was dirty red spots on them in the crack of the floor munching dirt on the rail for the bed it was a whole whole bunch of dirt and brown stuff around the tub

Friendly staff, room clean and comfy

The property is close to K96, but we couldn’t hear the traffic. There is a QuikTrip and Scooter’s within walking distance. There really wasn’t much about the property that bothered us, it was exactly as we expected and needed.

I had cash and they WOULD NOT accept cash after i booked and driven all the way there, the desk chick was no where 2 be found , shd came out in slouchy pajamas and hair everywherd , it looks nothing likd the pictures on the website

The staff are so rude, and also there is no proper service.

Staff was excellent. The TV in the room was not very good.

When getting to the hoel theres no front desk you have to call a phone to get someone to help you when getting there late at night. Room was dirty dog hair everywhere one of the beds was full of dog hair the fridge was disgusting and there was food left from the past guest could not let my kids walked barfooted cause of the amount of dog hair its like they just made the beds thats it

This was the absolute worst place I have ever reserved in my life we didn't even actually stay there between the mold and the smell and the filth in either of the rooms they gave us we just walked away and ate the cost of the rental

They came into our room & packed our stuff mind bc they thought we were checking out if we hadn't gotten back to the room on-time our things wld have been dwn stairs. Also didnt like how When walking in it smelled like cigarettes

Room was dirty and felt unsafe.

The stay was fine but they need to come up with a different system for checking in "after hours" which to the is after 10pm. Having to wait over 30 mins with all our belongings and nowhere to sit is slightly ridiculous.

Late check in took a long time for someone to come doen and get us in. Beds were very firm.
