Comfort Inn & Suites Wichita Northeast

The property is in need of some serious updating.

The street people have broken the door latches on many doors into the building and amenities so they can have access whenever.

Was a clean room very helpful

It's a nice hotel. I would return.

The bed There's no more omelettes

I gave it three stars because the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

They were frequently out of breakfast items, and had to go to the front desk to request more forks and spoons. The water in the lobby was also frequently low or out, and they didn’t replace it when we requested more. The room was quiet, and the front desk staff were friendly.

friendly staff everything else. not very clean elevator reeked giant pool of leaked hydraulic fluid under elevator.

The A/C didn't work and although the maintenance man looked at it and he said, "The unit is very dirty and would get to it the next day.

There was hair on my beds! Facility not clean at all!

Pool and hot tub need cleaned and more chemicals added more frequently.

pool was closed .we were traveling with young nephew who sept in car all day and needed to burn off energy . hot tub was open with maybe two feet of water , our room curtain was nailed open ,lots of outside light. bed smelled like urine and cigarettes every thing they turned on the lights and began making breakfast at 6:05 when I asked about the pool the host said "you can cancel and look somewhere else ."just what I wanted to do after 8 hours of driving . iy was Friday night

Room was great. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was clean.

Pool was not clean. Rooms smell funny

The location, staff and room was very comfortable, convenient and kind. I enjoyed my stay.
