Outside and the back parking lot to be cleaned up refresh and the pool had dark water was not clear, The back entrance door was not always lock needs to be locked at all times that’s why you have card key for safety anyone can just walk in.

When walking in the door, a note was on the computer that the pool was closed. That should have been noted somewhere online that it was an issue. The carpet had snags and rips along with the furniture in the room. The key code on the outer doors didn’t work, so the doors were propped open with cinder blocks. The tv kept going back to the hotels home page about every 20 minutes. When asking the front desk, was told to unplug and plug back in. That didn’t fix the issue. The breakfast area floor was sticky and the chairs in the lobby/breakfast area also had rips and tears. Definitely will not be going back. Not sure how old the profile pictures are online, but it has definitely degraded since those were taken.

The beds were hard. The carpet was crunchy. The pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was not clean and obviously had had a recently leak in the ceiling. I have stayed here in years past and it has been a very nice place that has obviously been allowed to fall into disrepair. I will not be staying here again.

Very clean and the staff was great too.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub wasn’t open but we managed without that. Everything else was perfect for us.

My family (two adults and two kids) came to Wichita for a badminton tournament and stayed at this hotel for the whole week. The room is large and it’s confortable for 4 persons. The staff are friendly and helpful! The breakfast choice is limited but comparable with other hotels.

Staff were friendly and room was clean. But that’s all the positive. The pool needs resurfaced and did not look safe. When we got to breakfast all the food was gone except waffles, in the 10-15 minutes we stayed nobody refilled anything. Hotel as whole needs updated and cleaned

I'm a repeat customer to Comfort Inns. Clean rooms. Large spacious bathrooms. Everything I need in case I forgot something.

The overall experience has been ugly. I had a terrible experience and I'd to run out of my room in no time due to drainage/sewerage smell come out of bathrooms. I didn't blink to vacate immediately. Its horrifying and

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. As soon as we walked into the lobby, I noticed a sign stating that the pool was under maintenance. I asked the front desk employee how long it would be closed, but she said she couldn't answer that and that the manager wouldn't be available until Wednesday. While we were clearly disappointed, at no point during check-in did anyone tell us the hotel was offering fully refundable cancellations because the pool was unavailable. I didn't learn that was even an option until I spoke with the manager at checkout. Had we been told at check-in, we would have canceled and stayed somewhere else. After leaving the front desk, we stepped onto the elevator and were immediately met with a strong marijuana odor. It wasn't exactly the first impression we expected for a family vacation. The hallway felt damp and humid, and when we entered our room, things didn't improve. The carpet was stained, sticky, and frayed. The couch and chair both had visible stains, and a ceiling tile was bowed downward, making the room feel neglected. My advice is runaway! Don't stay!

The room was very clean and the desk clerk that checked me in was great. However, the pool was down for maintenance. Very disappointing 😞 I mean for $90. I left a bag at the hotel and when I called for it they said they didn't have it. But housekeeper found it and called to let me know. But the next day I called and they didn't have it. So my friend went up there and still no bag. I called up there and a man told me that they couldn't find it. I explained they had located it once so I knew it was there. He was rude and hateful and told me it must not be important or I wouldn't have left it. They found it 2 days later thank goodness. Some people are just rude 😒 Very nice room comfy beds and good breakfast. Fix the pool.

Only downfall was pool and hot tub were out of order lady at desk very respectful and professional! Thanks again!

The property is in need of some serious updating.

The street people have broken the door latches on many doors into the building and amenities so they can have access whenever.

Was a clean room very helpful
