Hot tub broken.. facility was dirty. Standing water on carpet and near elevator. Carpet in hall and room was wet… leaking ceiling over shower. Hole in bathroom door.

Nothing, it smelled of mold It smelled of mold and there was visible mold on the curtains and AC vent slats

The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. For the cost of the room, I was not impressed. The ring around the toliet was cracked and rusted. The room messed musky. The door to room did not seal or fit correctly. There was little coming in all around it. You had to slam it shut. The handle was super loose. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub which was out of order. I would stay there again, not for how much I said for it

Close to the place I was doing work, Braum’s and Sam’s right around the corner. Place is a little run down, doors don’t seal properly, no pillow thickness options, all one size. Water pressure is bad also.

Walked in and all we could smell was gas.

Rooms clean The swimming pool was dirty, hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was not great. No coffee, no gravy, waffle maker wasn't working. Overall pretty disappointed. We used to love it here, one of our favorite places to stay at but this time was so different. Very dissatisfied

Nothing The hot tub was broken, the pool was green with trash floating in it. No ac in the hallways. It was stifling. The room was outdated and smelled of smoke. The furniture had burn marks. The carpet needed to be stretched as it was rolling up in both rooms. No remote so the tv was inoperable. Very disappointing experience

ac unit black debris was coming out causing me to get sick build up water in the AC unit,mildew smell in the room water condensation in the window

I really loved the location it was in. Everything is super close and gives you a good feeling of comfort and safety. The hotel was very clean but I was a little upset the hot tub was out of order. Other than that the breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve hadn’t most hotels just have milk and cereal, I was amazed by the selection and fresh breakfast they served.

Dislikes pool was very dirty looking. Walking upstairs to our room ceiling had a lot of water damage, the hall had a strong odor from someone smoking. ( It smelled like someone had just finished smoking right before we got there. ) room had a green spot on carpet, used makeup brushes and makeup under big chair in room, TV didn't work , and there was stuff all over there curtains. . Bathroom had a hole in behind the door, and the door didn't shut properly floor.
