She was AWESOME! Plus, I might add the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure the new room was clean.

In one week only 1 day clean the room and the girl on the desk have a bad actitud

The beds were comfortable The entire room smelled like urine. The carpets were moist, which the staff attributed to “oh it just been deep cleaned” but they were so wet that the carpets were buckling. They couldn’t move us to a different room because they said they were completely booked, but she did offer us a can of Febreze and a Glade plug-in. The toilet paper holder was broken, and there was no toilet paper. The paint on the ceiling was chipping. The hairdryer was missing, and the holder was broken. tThe shower only had one setting which I can only describe as Sandblaster 3000 which is OK cause I guess no one really needs that much skin on their back.

It’s literally a trap house ! They have bed bugs 🐜 ! The staff are extremely unorganized and unreliable.

Does not apply. Did not stay at this location. Due to my disability I had requested a ground floor or a rom near an elevator. They had not reserved a ground floor room, the elevator was not working and I can not do stairs.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet

in it behind the bed. Puppy almost died from biting the baggie. No compensation from hotel.

There was rust and moles above the shower. There were scuffs and holes in the walls. There was red stains on the blankets, and they were also yellow stains on the comforters. Not what the pictures showed on the website there’s heavy smells of smoke in hotel. And the hotel still said super eight on most of the artwork and on the door of the hotel room. The shower had scuffs all over it. Everything was very outdated. The breakfast was a joke. There was maybe two bagels, a gallon of milk and some cereal. They had me pay cash for my deposit and when I went back to go get it, the lady scuff and said well I have inspector room first. And was very rude about it. There was no elevator and I had to stay on the third floor. Will not be coming back to the establishment.

The staff members were very friendly. The facility and the room were pretty gross. The breakfast was just cereal and coffee. You definitely get what you pay for.

The room was disgusting and crawling with roaches, they gave my room away and tried to put me out of the property. I will never book this hotel again!

. The lobby was very nice, snacks and drinks were very affordable, Staff was friendly. And the location was convenient. Ac in the room worked well. The room had a lingering smell, there was unknown substances on the walls and window, the window was concerning, it opened all the way without a screen and we were on the 3rd floor. The carpet was sticky, there was some kind of residue on the fridge, no working elevator, only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and the breakfast room was lacking. Breakfast food was stocked but bowls, plates, utensils and coffee creamers were not. Honestly not the best hotel we have stayed in but certainly not the worst. Hoping it gets better as they are switching ownership.
