. The lobby was very nice, snacks and drinks were very affordable, Staff was friendly. And the location was convenient. Ac in the room worked well. The room had a lingering smell, there was unknown substances on the walls and window, the window was concerning, it opened all the way without a screen and we were on the 3rd floor. The carpet was sticky, there was some kind of residue on the fridge, no working elevator, only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and the breakfast room was lacking. Breakfast food was stocked but bowls, plates, utensils and coffee creamers were not. Honestly not the best hotel we have stayed in but certainly not the worst. Hoping it gets better as they are switching ownership.

No one there to check me in for 10 minutes. Elevator down. Breakfast half stocked. No remote for TV.

Didn't have much of a breakfast which was disappointing, but the rooms were well kept and the service was good. Air conditioner wasn't the greatest but it worked.

If grimy was a place….. The elevator was broken, the residents that live there are allowed pets. Spend the extra and go somewhere clean.

Overwhelming cigarette and marijuana smell everywhere. Don’t be fooled by pictures and fake reviews .

They were under new management at the time of my stay but they should have planned better for the new management ppl were spread thin

The room smelled like weed, cigarettes, and dog! PLEASE DONT EVER BOOK HERE IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! The staff was rude until the end of the stay and I didn’t stay the full 2 days just 1 and we RAN to another hotel!!!

Hotel was occupied by a lot of questionable people. You could see the needles and paraphernalia on the ground everywhere

Nothing No phone in the room to call the front desk. Carpet was messed up made the door hard to close. Elevator, soda machines out off service. No remote for TV in the room. Property seemed unsafe.

Star. Terrible experience from start to finish. The front desk attendant was not welcoming, and we waited 15 minutes just to check in. We were assigned a third-floor room while the elevator was out of service, forcing us to carry luggage and our kids up the stairs. When we got to the room, it was already occupied by someone else. The attendant didn't seem surprised and simply said it was supposed to be vacant. I lost all confidence and requested a refund. A week later, I still haven't received it, and despite being told the manager would contact me, no one ever did. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean room

The bedsheets didn’t fit the bed, had stains on them, and were ripped in certain areas. The bathroom was dirty and wasn’t wiped down fully. The fridge had never been cleaned properly, as there might have been some sort of mold growing on the seal of it. The microwave wasn’t usable because it was old and also filthy. The TV was from the mid 2000s with only cable channels and no smart functions. Honestly the only thing that was ok about this place was the price of the cost, but I would 100% recommend spending an extra $50 and going somewhere that makes you feel comfortable, knowing what I know now.
