From my first step into the property you notice how nice it is! No steps even into front door, certainly a plus for those that find curbs a challenge. The men at the desk, coming and going, were extremely nice. The room was perfect!

There’s a good reason why this place is inexpensive, I will not be staying there again.

Love the area, nice quiet next to a cute little pond great for getting outside. The back patio area is adorable we spent time every day out there. They offer card and board games in the lobby we played everyday also. If you’re going to be away from home for a while this place is amazing.

I had a king suite and it was nice size. The closet was spacious, the bathroom was big and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Literally my only issue was they don't have ice machines -- instead they have you turn on the ice maker in your fridge when you first check in. I was there two nights and didn't have any ice to use. Otherwise, the staff was incredible and accomodating. The place was very clean, the laundry facilities have multiple washers and dryers, etc. Highly recommend. I definitely will stay there again. Price was fantastic!

The only thing I have to say about the room was the bed was to firm for us. We like our beds softer than what they had. I originally signed up for a room with a tub as well but ended up with only a shower which was fine but I do like to sit & soak my aches and pains before bed time. All in all it is a good clean place to stay.

Overall amazing. The room was spotless & nice. Hallways were clean and cool, Bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was nice since we were there for a couple days for track. Lots of parking, the staff was awesome, I don’t quite remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in but he did it quickly and was very friendly. Highly recommend. It is a very nice facility and we will be sure to stay there next time we are in Wichita.

Great hotel, clean, staff is very nice, helpful, and friendly! Outdoor very nice to hang out at. Went for an AAU track meet and was plenty of things to do, stores, and restaurant.

I thought it was too good to be true getting this amazing rate on a new hotel. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who helped me check in. My room was clean and spacious, and the extra things you could obtain from the front (if needed) was a big perk, even if I didn’t ultimately need them during my stay. Every time I walked in or out of the hotel, the staff would greet me and spark up conversation. You could tell they really cared about their guests and the kind of stay they were having. The hotel was exceptionally clean and it was clear they took pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. I could seriously go on and on about how wonderful my stay was, but all of this to say - it’s not too good to be true. Book it and know it’ll be well worth it! It’s so close to lots of great eating places, fun places to hang, and good coffee. You won’t be disappointed. I think this might be one of the first reviews I’ve ever left in all my years of using Expedia to book hotels, but this one deserved it. I’m just a mom from Arkansas who is chasing her kids around watching them play sports; and good, inexpensive hotels are hard to come by. I look forward to coming back to Wichita and staying again. Okay byeeeee.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and ended up staying at the Everhome Suites. I was hesitant to book at first because of how much cheaper it was than the surrounding hotels but I am so glad I did. This hotel was so clean and well kept. The room was spacious with everything we needed. The hotel gym is big and has nice equipment. Outside terrace area was nice to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather we had while we were in town. If I have to come back to Wichita this is where I will stay.

This property is so well maintained. The little patio area out back is awesome! The area is beautiful and quiet. The little pond across the street added that extra ambiance. The staff was polite and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again
