The property was advertised as having a pool however there is no pool there,which I was ok with. The ice machine was down and I w particular staff made it seem like it was the hardest thing to get done ice after another staff had given ice the previous day. Other than that the room was clean and would stay again

The rooms were set up weird. There wasn’t enough towels for the room we were staying in. It said there was a pool and there was not.

It wasn’t that i didn’t like the property it allowed us to book online just for us ton get there and they couldn’t accommodate my stay. The customer service lady at the front desk wasn’t compassionate and you could tell she didn’t care.

I loved the fact that it is a suites and it has a full breakfast and the price reasonable. We only stayed over night. I feel i cant really give an real assessment over-all.

Clean room

I like the location and that it is quiet and the size of the room with a kitchenette is awesome. The breakfast was not as good as past stays. My daughter got a breakfast sandwich that tasted off. The eggs were good but the first day there was only biscuits with no gravy. I don't know if they were making other things still but that was all we had. I will say this is the first time that has happened. I would like to see some potatoes or hash browns.

The room was very small and dated. Cracks in the wall in our room. Ice machine was broken.

The manager Saif was super nice friendly and efficient

The room was clean and decent. Had to have a new shower curtain replacement due to previous occupant must have had an animal scratch the curtain where it would be noticeable! Alex Little and Mr Khan were very good at correcting any problems noticed!

Close to medical center and liked having suite.

Free breakfast variety is excellent. My only issue is that I would like the hot water in the shower was a little warmer.

All areas of the motel we were in were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. While we didn’t use it, I found it interesting that BBQ grills were available for guest to use and that several different cooking tools were available to use if needed.

Constantly waited for food to be brought out when it was empty. Having only 1 waffle maker made us wait 10+ minutes to get waffles. Room was set up wierd when u try to watch tv had to sit at the end of the beds to see it. Water in the shower took 5 mins to get Luke warm never was hot. Staff was friendly. Four guests listed on stay and one extra pillow. So one kid had to use a cushion for a pillow because they didn’t have any extras.
