Bed was a little firm for my preference. Spacious room and convenient location. Staff were friendly and super helpful!

Okay, for the price. Breakfast was good. The gym was not set up in a useful manner.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The pool wasn’t impressive. Just small and dated.

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not ready when I arrived at 3:45 PM. I had to wait until after 4:45 PM, which was very disappointing after a long and tiring trip.

We've stayed at this Hampton Inn many times and we always know that we will have a clean room and friendly, helpful staff. I was greeted every morning with a smiling face and a good attitude - very much appreciated! We've tried other hotels in the area when visiting family in Wichita, but none compare. I know that they renovated several years ago and may need to again in the next year or so, but that's only because it's a very busy hotel - normal wear and tear will make that necessary. I know that we'll be back this summer and this is our hotel of choice! Excellent place to stay!

The room was clean. The hot breakfast buffet was just ok. The egg omelets offered the day we were there were overcooked, dark brown & rubbery..they should have been thrown out & made fresh ones. We ended up eating a hard boiled egg instead. The maple flavored kiabasa sausage was also overcooked & the skin was so tough from being overcooked that it was hard to cut it with the plastic knife!

Loved separate sink from bathroom

Older hotel. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Good breakfast buffet.

Checked in and there were strangers in our room, we got bumped to another room with a fold out but no pillows, asked and was told there weren't anymore. The main reason we won't be staying again is the broken pool. We were there on the winter and the pool was near freezing, now we returned in May and its still too cold to enjoy. Turns out the heater is broken. They acted like it was a recent issue till I told them it was the same 3 months ago, only reason we stayed in a hotel that night was so the kids could swim.

Hotel was built to be quiet. Heavy wooden doors and sound deadening under the hallway carpets.
-
Cleanliness was meh- receipts and golf tees from previous occupants in our room. Wallpaper was coming off of the bathroom walls. The lobby bathroom was pretty disgusting with urine on the back of the toilet. The pool needs to be completely revamped or eliminated- musty smell and corrosion - kids didn’t even want to get in it.

It looked nice The room wasn’t very clean. It was a smoke free floor and there were cigarette butts in the trash can. When brought to the night mgr he offered to give me a trash bag to clean it myself.
