Awesome staff! Sweet location! Room was a little dirty.

Room was clean and a quiet place to rest while preparing for my surgery the next morning.

Tons of restaurants and shopping in that area.

The staff was exceptional as always, friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable. The pool was closed through the week we stayed. The breakfast didn't have as many options. The waffle makers were broken. The breakfast was not as good as we've experienced in the past. The laundry room had only one dryer working. Overall, it was not bad, just not as good as we expected.

Everything seemed clean enough, bedding, bathroom, etc., all good. It looked new from the outside, but definitely not once you got inside & looked around. But the carpet not only had stains (assume someone spilled fruit punch or a red something). But there were also pieces of stuff like nuts, crumbs, etc along the edges of the beds - which could be resolved by actually vacuuming more efficiently. Definitely didn’t walk on the floors without shoes on the entire time. Check in lady was very kind & friendly at night, morning staff, not so much.

The room was clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. A great stay!

This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in a while even out view from our bedroom was nice, and it was within walking distance to food and shopping

Had a pipe break lobby flooded pool out of order and breakfast for some reason much worse then usual Room itself was fine

Our last stop on our way home from an extended vacation. Hotel was very nice and clean, and staff directed us to the ice cream shop -
