Check in was quick and easy. It was a quick one night stay on a trip and was very comfortable

Otherwise the staff was pleasant and friendly.

The rooms, the last 4 times we have stayed here, have been mostly clean. The bedding and floors are well maintained, and the bathrooms fixtures are clean. We experienced one visit where the shower space could have used a recaulking to remove that which was not fully cleaned. If you are used to your shower being not 100% spotless 100% of the time, then this is not an issue. The staff has always been courteous and friendly, and we have never felt like an inconvenience to them as I have in other places when I went through the East Coast. There is a Target, Bass Pro Shop and some other stores just a walk across the street and their parking lot. McCallister's, Starbucks, McDonald's and Chick-A-Fillet are also right there within walking distance. There is a local Pub diner and a Brick Oven pizzeria we have tried, and they were both very good. Next time will have to try the Mediterranean location which is in the retail strip in front of the hotel. All in all, we have been very pleased with this location.

There were men’s dirty underwear in the area where you hang up clothes in our room. There was mold in around the bathtub.

Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Front desk clerk was the only one there and she said she couldn’t do anything about it.

Will be staying at this location again as we find the location convenient and the surrounding establishments what we like.

I booked this hotel for the spa only to find out it was out of order. In our room the carpet was stained. The silicone in the bathroom and entry needs replaced. Not sure what the discoloration was from. The ceiling was cracked and the wallpaper was peeling off in one spot. Our rooms security bar was broke off. When I unfolded the couch for my son to sleep on the bed it was covered in candy wrappers. The mattresses for all the bed were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

I don’t plan to stay here again. As soon as we got to our room, it was so moist and humid inside. The toilet wouldn’t flush. We asked to have that fixed, we left. Came back and they haven’t done anything. They could have let me know, or atleast offered a different room. Instead they gave us a toilet plunger for us to fix. After telling them 3 times! The toilet still didn’t flush well. All night the room felt horrible. The moisture and humidity was bad even if we turn the ac down. Felt wet under the sheets. The staff was no use.
