Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The beds were super comfortable, and the staff were super professional and helpful. The lobby had lots of fun things to do for guests, which made it really unique. They even had work pods for online business owners and entrepreneurs! I was really impressed, honestly.

I have stayed at a Tru by Hilton in Ocala Fl. a couple of times, very similar hotels and the room quality is very good. I was very comfortable making a reservation there.

The location The water was shut off because of a leak. The water was off for only about 15 mins but I was in the shower when this happened. I had to call the front desk and to let them know and the man who answered the phone knew exactly what was happening. It would have been nice if they let the guests know. Check out is not until 12:00pm. The day we were checking out the cleaning people came multiple times starting at 10am. I told her we would be leaving at 12 but that didnt seem to matter they continued to keep coming back and walking into the room.

Beds seem soft but after you lay there a while it really does not have any support. Not a good nights sleep!

My TV wouldn't work and was missing a cable. They wouldn't give me a cable because the front desk didn't know where they were.
