Tru by Hilton Wichita Northeast

Location, Parking Soap conditioner was empty.

It was clean and quiet, and breakfast was not overcrowded at all.

We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and our room wasn't cleaned until we asked twice on our last day there. This happened last time we stayed. We will not stay there again.

The staff and gym are great! Super comfortable beds and clean room. Thank you!

We were on the second floor, and one morning while I was trying to sleep in, there was banging on the side of the hotel. I got up to go to the bathroom cuz it woke me up, opened up the blind, and there's a guy on a lift right outside my window. Luckily I had some clothes on. And there was people in the last night that came in on the 3rd floor that started at 4:00 in the morning sounding like a herd of elephants running back and forth across the room, that lasted about 2 hours. Not running like kids heavy adults. I went down to the lobby one time and I did not see one person at the desk. For the price that we paid, I expected a little better accommodations.

The location is near restaurants so you don’t have to go too far for a meal. N/A

Was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do or see. Lots of shops and things close by. Comfortable, clean. The games and fire pit and such were a nice touch. Will definitely stay again if we are back in Wichita

Nice and newer Some furniture a little worn in room already. Bed has stains

The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time. There were also crumbs in the bed maybe indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. The beds were horrible as well as the worn out pillows. The front office clerk Kendra was great and showed a lot of hospitality. Overall I would not return to this property.

Clean and convenient. Very friendly staff. We’re older guests, so the breakfast was good but not what we are used to.

We had a great experience at the Tru hotel and would definitely stay there again. Very clean and modern and the rooms were very nice.

I liked the staff and the location There wasn't a way to cast my devices to the tv. Nothing modern like Netflix or YouTube on the tv.

Staff was great/friendly, room was clean, and the pool table in the lobby was a great addition that I enjoyed.
