The building is under renovation but we where able to use pool fitness center and laundromat next door I love the stay there staff are nice and friendly especially Justin he was my favorite

The property was under construction, which is fine except that's not disclosed anywhere online. So when I thought I was booking a room for 7 days at a hotel that included laundry facilities and a pool, the pool was closed and there was no laundry. The room we stayed in was already renovated which was a nice surprise but it was pretty poor work done and still some painters tape on the walls. Seems rushed and not disclosed online so people staying have no idea some essentials are closed.

The room was excellent - clean and homey feeling. It was interesting that while there was a stove top, there were no pans to cook with! Staff was welcoming and very accommodating!

Only reasons why it wasn’t a five star review is because the tv in the bedroom wouldn’t work right and the hotel is under construction and looks a bit sketchy in areas. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay

They are remodeling part of the hotel but only affected the elevator condition but it worked
-
I felt like I needed at least a discount on the price I paid. They were working on one half the Hotel. Even the elevator had cardboard walls with blue tape. The floor of the elevator had strips of old carpet. When it stopped at your floor, it opens to a wall of construction plastic that reeks of paint, causing me headaches immediately. Do not a good experience for me this time.

They are remodeling so it will be even better in a few months. Pool nor outdoor seating was available right now. Lobby and one half of the rooms are done. Looks good and clean in the new part. Wouldn’t have put carpet in the breakfast eating area but they didn’t ask me. Rooms could use ceiling fans. We will be back next year. Lots of places to eat within walking distance

Would have been nice to know about the remodeling- it was a mess and no pool

Convenient location.
-
The new construction looks very nice We weren’t expecting construction but it was all good
-
Location It was under renovation

70% of the property was under construction and none of the onsite amenities or breakfast were available. Instead we were provided access to breakfast and amenities at another hotel. Hotel elevator (1 on each side) was constantly being held by construction crews and contractors moving furniture. Stairs were an issue too as the railing was broken off the wall.

Clean Room - hotel undergoing renovations.... our room was very nice though.

The front desk agent, I believe her name was Laura or Lauren, was exalent. She informed me at check in that the room i had originally booked was not available due to remodeling and had even tried to get us a room at their sister property. Unfortunately there wasnt a kitchenette at the other hotel so she gave me a tour of the rooms she had available and was able to accommodate us with a roll away bed. She gave us extra towels, sheets and blankets. She was extremely pleasant and offered me and my children water bottles and made sure we were happy with our room. The hotel was very nice even with the construction of the remodeling. All the beds were comfortable, shower was nice and i was impressed with the kitchen nook. The sister property provided hot breakfast and their pool and hot tub. Im excited to see the hotel when it is finished. The website did not mention the hotel was under renovation

I have stayed at this property before without issue, however this time I was completely disappointed and a bit irritated at the price paid considering the situation. I had come into town for a family members funeral. This property was in the middle of construction, and that was not mentioned anywhere when i booked the room, yet i paid regular price as if all was the same. The side door was the temporary entrance which remained unlocked the entire time, and there was no ADA parking. The trash bins and pet waste receptacles remained full/overflowing the entire time i was there. There was trash sitting on the luggage carts that were taking up half of the hallway because the lobby was non-existent. Guests were using those same luggage carts as a place to sit. The check in desk was in a poorly marked side office. They tried to offer me a room with a non-working fridge. Breakfast was scones and water, although their sister property (Holiday Inn Express) was accommodating those at Staybridge for breakfast, but honestly how inconvenient to walk or drive over to the next property to eat. Upon checkout the employee seemed more interested in her breakfast sandwich than having to deal with me and didn't bother to ask me about how my stay was or anything. Only asked if i wanted a receipt and couldn't be bothered to even say a simple "thank you" for staying at the property. Had it not been for the funeral situation and related mental state, i would have went elsewhere.

There was no notice that the property was under renovation and much of it was closed including having to go next door at the Holiday Inn for breakfast. The major issue was our room had a very strong cigarette odor and made miserable to be inside of the room and created sinus issues for the entire family.

Under major construction
-
Location The hotel was under major renovations and that was not disclosed. The check in area was an actual hotel room they removed the bed from and put a desk in. There was boxes and "stuff" piled. Hotel allows smoking. Too many things to list.
