The room was clean and had more amenities than those that cost quite a bit more.

Dead bugs in the bathroom and on the carpet. I was uncomfortable and won’t stay there again. And it was not cheap. Also, they told me the front door would be unlocked all night. Unacceptable!

Blackout Curtains were great!

Nothing There was nothing I like I got bit up really bad I had pictures to show and I want to refund, and my employee also got bit up and I would like a full refund a small business owner this is ridiculous.

Hallway didn't seem to have A/C.

I’ve been staying here for about a month everything about the personnel and property is top notch or I wouldn’t continue to stay here. I don’t like how much the rates have increased since I first came here and I will have to find other accommodations due that fact. I simply can’t afford to stay here much longer. But I do understand due to the economic climate that the war is causing the upward prices everywhere.

The only complaint I had was the exercise room smells . Due the carpet needs shampooing, it has stains wall to wall.

The hotel had no ambience or character at all and is very sparse and minimal. And old and rundown. The hallways and carpet were gross and depressing and when we got to our room the keys didn’t work. When we walked in, the room had a horrible smell. Like cleaning products over stale smoke. We left immediately. Would never stay there.

The staff was excellent. The room clean and had plenty of space. Bed comfortable. The door lock didn’t work great (but staff helped). AC went on and off all night long which affected sleep due to noise and temperature variation. No charging ports for devices

The staff for the most part are professional , polite and nice and helpful. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I’ve been here. I’ve had different front desk people tell me a work order has been put in . I’ve been here almost a month and it still doesn’t work. I have respiratory issues and I sleep with the help of a CPAP Machine. All manner of smoke comes through vents and through the air conditioning unit when off. And the hallway as well reeks of legal and illegal smoke fumes.

Check in was quick and friendly. Clean and quiet, just what I needed!

My dishwasher doesn’t work, and there is a leak in my bathroom . There is a work order for both that has yet to be addressed.
