I didn't like that there is no breakfast even though it says there is.

Nothing The room was dirty, no bedside furniture, no smoke detector, no in room phone. No microwave (this is the one thing they did tell us). The bathroom was dirty, with someone else’s hair in and around the tub. The pillow cases were dirty with yellow stains on them. We asked for a refund for the two of the three nights we booked a stay here and have been denied that by the hotel. I did notify the fire marshal of the lack of safety equipment in the room.

Never ate there. Service. No one at the desk when I was to be there for check in. Had to have a cleaning staff member to call out desk attendant. I was signed up as 2 room stay when only myself for stay. My room not clean and ready to stay in and another room was not offered.My husband booked my stay and was pre-paid on Booking.com. the desk person did not understand or pay attention to what I was telling him about the room being booked and pre-paid for one Sunday. My husband did this on Sunday when I could not stay with family. This should have gotten into their computers and the employee should have paid attention to what I was telling him. I was double- paid for the room. He would not give me my money back. I left the Wesley Inn in Wichita, KS to head back to Oklahoma. Bad business all the way around. He asked me if I had notification of reservation. I tried to show him on my phone but he did not pay attention. Cleaning staff wasn't sent to the room to begin clean up.

I liked the location was close by my family I didn't like the rude office staff, the cleanliness of the room was in poor condition, there was only 1 set of towels however I had a double room when i asked staff for more towels they were very rude in giving us more towels to use, there was no phone to call the receptionist, the rooms had old beds, linen and walls needed painting, floors needed mopping,it was overall a very poor and disappointed experience. I'll never stay here again!

The guy at the front desk was pretty cool and nice. Late to get a room and front desk guy understood that we had been tired and exhausted from being in the hospital . However and I locked myself out of my room by leaving my key inside my room and I waited 3 hours to finally get someone to come up to the front desk. I was tired I wish I could have got a reimbursement or another stay to rest. Me and at the hospital all night and all day was exhausting to say the least that's why we got the room we didn't want drive home.

It was too cheap to be good. Had to quickly grab a different hotel since my last booking.com hotel was already booked somewhere else and I am still waiting for my refund on that. 7-12 days they said. So I was needing a cheap room since my budget has changed. I went to Wesley inn and Suites and was offered two rooms that weren’t cleaned or ready. Both had old bed linens on the bed. Towels on the flower. Overall dirty room. Then the third room didn’t seem clean even with the bed made. I arrived there at 6:23pm via uber. And left outside to call the booking.com Customer service at 6:58pm. This hotel wouldn’t give me the refund because they said I was there for over 45mins. I actually wasn’t. Plus the most of the time I spent in the hotel is walking to different rooms and using the elevator dragging my luggage. I should have requested the staff go and check to be sure they are giving me a clean room instead of me. This place is old and dirty and is in such bad repair I wouldn’t ever stay there unless I absolutely had to and I brought cleaning supplies, my own linens and towels, etc. I believe I deserve a refund.booking.com gave me $11 in credits for my trouble. Haha. I don’t think the booking.com representative would stay there either!
