Courtyard by Marriott Wichita At Old Town

Great place to stay in downtown Wichita. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nightlife fun. We stay here every time we have plans in downtown. Highly recommend!

It was very pleasant!

Close and convenient to all of the places we wanted to go while we were there. No Breakfast, no bistro open on Sunday Morning. Had to get coffee from a Kiosk and then go to the desk to have it charged to the room.

Staff was one of the nicest I have ever had.

The size of the room The towels were the worst towels I’ve ever had to use. The plumbing was messed up in our room. The stools and tub were clogged.

The perfect location in Wichita.... straight across the street from the best sports bar around..... let me tell you, the staff here is 5 star.... stayed at four seasons and the star was not as personable, personal, and focused on service .... day time gal patiently wasted innumerable hours with incompetent Expedia.... then solved my stay without interference..... can't say good enough things

Nice place to stay. We had no issues.

Quite location in old time and with walking distance to many places. There was a hiccup at checkin. I think it was just poor staffing or attendance but fell on a concert night. We went across the street and had drinks and an early dinner while waiting. Other than that no problems.

Room was clean and spacious.

I didn't like being on the very bottom floor with no windows view of Witchita.

The tub was peeling everywhere but other than that the room was fine. Parking! If you are here on a weekend the very close bars/restaurants become clubs. Very busy area at night on a one way street. We had to park our car down the street because they don't have nearly enough parking for hotel guets only. So be prepared for that. Decent hotel for Decent price in a good area for a concert .

The staff were so accommodating and wonderful. The 3 ladies who worked the bar/Starbucks counter were incredible, very engaging and most importantly they seemed very happy. My wife had a migraine and I spent some time in the evening and in the morning in the lobby. Mariah, Merceds and Reina went above and beyond the call of duty to help me feel comfortable. They are wonderful representations of the organization. The location was great, so many cool little bars, restaurants in walking distance. The facilities were clean and in good condition. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the area, which was wonderful, was a little different than what I expected. Very nightclubby area. Which was cool but just a little less "old couple" friendly than what we expected.

Check in took 30 plus minutes and we got traded off twice. Also breakfast not included
