Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown

Staff were friendly and responsive. Security measures there are very good. I purchased the premium internet because I had an important Zoom conference. The connectivity was superb; HD quality was maintained. A shout out for windowless rooms. This was my first experience with a windowless room. Frankly, it was terrific because the street traffic noise was effectively silenced. The breakfast matre'd was a bright sunshine for early breakfast. Personable and anticipates our needs. We will hopefully return if there is a need to be in Wichita.

Nice room and close to our destination When I reviewed our receipt we were charged for a breakfast meal. We were refunded the mistake, but I'm worried that a person can charge any room without verification.

Love the location and proximity to the Intrust Arena

Stay was great! Food was good and reasonable.

The workout facility was great. I didn't get to check out the pool but it was recommended by the staff. They even helped with bringing me to the correct location from the airport to the Hilton garden inn near the airport to the Hilton garden Downtown location. It was a simple correction. Each location had helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was great. I had an extra breakfast ticket but I could only use one at a time and if breakfast was over, it would become a small lose. There wasn't anything too bad about either locations I happened to visit. There was a simple light in the bathroom that flickered while it was turned off. So I just kept it on while I was there. The Wallpaper had an interesting optical illusion that made the room seem to have windows but it was an interior room. Interesting design choice.

Clean Parking

It was clean, well managed, and cozy. The elevator was a tad janky and held me in it for 5 minutes which was spooky.

AC was not working. Our Hallways smell weird. Got a room with no windows . Stay was okay.

Great stay! We were in a weird corner room with no windows which wasn’t my favorite, but it was very nice!

Very clean property! I hope they were just short staffed at check in and normally have more than one person because it was a slow check in line. Also, the employee did not seem to enjoy working there based on her demeanor. Parking is also not ideal. But, Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Weird but all in all was clean and comfortable

The location and the glass bottom pool were lovely. It was so loud. Not only did the motorcycles on the street four floors down seem like they were in the room, the walls were so thin you could hear full conversations from the room beside you. And the AC unit? Kicked on with the snarl of a wildebeest. We can for a relaxing one night stay to get some rest and barely slept at all.

Present smell, kind staff, great housekeepers/housekeeping, food was ok; however, it was advertised that continental breakfast was included in cost, and added $57 extra on the end of the bill. Waiters was hard to understand and cant tell a difference between white or wheat toast. Building setting was in a very loud area i didn't get much sleep if any. Then on top of that I wake up to a breakfast that was supposed to be pre-included.
