Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown

Shower had mold, bathroom door was broken, towels were old and frayed, and had to pay $12 a day for parking

The room were very clean. The bathroom was wonderful loved the walk in shower. There was plenty of towels. Had a good night's sleep. Stay was very friendly.

The property was beautiful and enjoyed all the amenities that came with definitely will be back thanks again.

The Attached parking garage is owned by the city (we found out- no signage). We paid $20 (doubled from our last visit) to go in and park, only to find that we couldn't get in the hotel door to check into the hotel. We had to drive out, check into another door to the hotel, then reenter the parking garage and pay another $20. Hotel said they couldn't help us with the additional fees.

Room and hotel were very clean and the location was great to Intrust. We were told breakfast was included but we didn’t see it anywhere. We were going to eat dinner there but the kitchen wasn’t open. The blankets were very scratchy on your neck and face.

I was there for a concert and the afternoon of the concert, I left my phone in an Uber. The staff were so wonderful, allowing me to use their phone and contacting the venue to make sure I could still go to the concert with just my ID.

Stayed here to go to a concert, which was a short walk from the hotel. Great location in downtown Wichita!

The stay was great. The only thing was we had a room facing the street and we could hear every car and motorcycle passing by on the street. It eventually stopped around 1 am and then was quiet for the rest of the night

Location was close to the concert venue The mattress needed to be replaced. The AC was cold but did not take the humidity out. Very clammy feeling.

We had a very nice room, however the AC did not work well enough to keep up with the July temps. Also, the bathroom light was malfunctioning and we had a strobe light all night. The door is glass so closing it obviously did not help 🙄 location was amazing staff amazing!

Stayed in a room that had a mural on one wall. The mural was splattered with what I assume was a beverage from a previous guest. The bathroom had a sliding privacy door. It required "significant" effort to close. The toilet paper roll was also broken. The evening attendant was approached about switching to a suite as we logged on and noted one was available. We were told none were available. When I said there was one listed on their site, he just looked at me. No response. When my wife was looking at a small container of milk to evaluate for purchase, she was told to put it down as the computer system was not working. On the plus side it was close to Intrust Arena. Don't think we'll be back.

Fantastic as always, have stayed here many times and will continue to do so for future trips. Clean room and friendly staff. Quick and easy check in.

Conveniently located near the entertain I came to see, ample parking nice rooms. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

Exceptional

Check-in was a nightmare. Had no idea where to park in the parking garage, wasn't sure how to get there from unloading our bags. Desk clerk was rude and provided no help. We finally figured it out by driving around. This morning at check out we noticed a printed instruction sheet on the front desk, would have been nice if we had one offered to us when we arrived (it was not on the counter when we arrived). Mold or dirt on the ceiling near the air-conditioning vent. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bar staff were amazing.
