Very clean and comfy beds and pillows.

We had to wait for our room but they gave us free parking. Bar had great food !! The free shuttle to concert was a big plus since it was 103 outside.

Room was Great. We ate supper in restaurant. Food was good. We will stay there again

Receptionist was not very informative or welcoming. Didn’t greet unless “checking in?” is a greeting. Didn’t tell us where the elevators were, what floor we were in, when breakfast started, where parking was, what the fee was etc…..ID and I need a card on file was all. Breakfast was good and it was clean.

Very clean. Helpful staff. Our room was awesome and so comfortable. We stayed on the 15th floor room overlooked the river. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the arena as we were attending a concert there. The hotel offered shuttles to and from the arena which was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning there in the future for more concert events.

The rooms have been updated with lots of modern conveniences.

Kayla at the front desk was helpful. Our room wasn’t ready yet. She booked us in another one. The parking garage is confusing though when leaving.

Overall it’s just a great place to stay and there are a lot of good restaurants around to eat at.

This is a great safe place to stay the whole way around. Safe clean friendly great good views and rooms awesome experience

Wondeful rooms, lovely staff, very nice to stay

Booked my hotel on Wednesday July 1st, arrived at the hotel to check in on Tuesday on July 7th around 5:00 PM, to find out my reservation was cancelled and the hotel was over booked.

The rooms were great the only thing is when we would ask for towels in the evening we never got any so in the morning we asked again still nothing so my husband had to chase people down for towels so I can take a shower. We were also charged $87 for food we didn’t even order. Staff was nice will stay again We enjoyed our vacation there.

Clean room although the breakfast was an additional charge it was delicious.

great location over looking the river!

Our room was clean except the floor, it was covered in dirt spots and the toilet kept gurgling and spitting out water. The hot tube jets were broken but the pool was nice.
