Hyatt Regency Wichita

The rooms were great the only thing is when we would ask for towels in the evening we never got any so in the morning we asked again still nothing so my husband had to chase people down for towels so I can take a shower. We were also charged $87 for food we didn’t even order. Staff was nice will stay again We enjoyed our vacation there.

Clean room although the breakfast was an additional charge it was delicious.

great location over looking the river!

Our room was clean except the floor, it was covered in dirt spots and the toilet kept gurgling and spitting out water. The hot tube jets were broken but the pool was nice.

This is the place to stay in Wichita. Clean, secure and the staff is friendly and provide excellent service.

Nice rooms and updated.

We were in town for State track and unfortunately, the River Walk was also being held. We drove around for over 30 minutes trying to get to the hotel since all the roads were blocked off and detours were a circle. Then trying to park in the garage was a challenge due to backed up traffic. Upon check-in, which was after 9, part of the restaurant was closed, which made the dining area a little crowded, but everyone was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. However, we were not told that the room key is how to get out of the parking garage and the next morning trying to leave multiple people were stranded in the garage due to already checking out and keys were de-activated. Most issues were not directly the hotel issue, other than parking. However, communication about the closed roads to the hotel would have been appreciated.

Everything was great except the $20 a day parking fee.

Location, except we were there during a festival and couldn’t access the riverwalk. The night lites in the room are too bright and very sensitive, roll over in bed and the lights are on!

Water glass in the bathroom had a huge chunk of glass missing from rim and I almost cut my mouth

Location, close to everything. The view was beautiful, room comfy. Loved the new lighting in room. Thought there was complementary breakfast, but there was not.
