Had to wait 4 hours to move rooms and finally moved at midnight Staff appeared to not care about the situation in any way Would not recommend

They gave me used towels it was disgusting the house keeping need to work better

Amazing stay and definitely will be going back!

Property and rooms need a LOT of TLC and maintenance.

It was OK for one night, but I would not choose to stay here again. Pretty rundown area/hotel.

Stay in your room at night

We only needed a room to sleep and continue on our trip, so it was a good choice and the location was easy to find. I would stay there again if the situation was the same. The staff was friendly and helpful.

If I could leave no stars, I would!! Our room has the pieces of the ceiling falling off, the trim is the room was off & laying on the floor. The hallway had holes in the wall. Carpet horribly stained. Not to mention limited parking! The place is crawling with homeless people. Not a safe, clean place to stay with families!! CAUTION! We checked in, went to eat then two hours later came back, saw how horrible it was then immediately checked out. They would NOT refund us for the two hours we were checked in. They did refund the next two nights, so that was appreciated. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody.

Breakfast not consistent and started late and television didnt work 2 days but they did fix it

Parking was sketchy at best. In a sketchy area. Lot not well lit in areas.

We'd gone out for the evening, returning around 11pm. No parking available in the W parking lot. West entrance was blocked by a man on his bicycle so we didn't feel comportable using our key card. We walked around to the front door & it was locked, luckily another patron let us in. Ice machine our floor said out of order. I checked 2 other floors, so thinking 4th floor had ice, I tried to get some. Didn't work but no Out of order sign on machine. Front desk said 2nd floor & information was on elevator. It was a scan code which I do NOT do. Get written signs already! Headboard was wallpaper and pretty notched up, something white (toothpaste/cleanser) was on the side of the sink faucet???, no drinking glasses but coffee cups (we used but not for coffee). Breakfast area needs a pitcher of ice water. Just coffee & juice to drink. Scrambled eggs & sausage patties were fine. Wish there had been muffins or something sweet too. Almost forgot, the W entrance has a lot of bird droppings on the cement near the door-grose-hose it off or at least sweep it frequently

Stayed 3 nights for a baseball tournament with 4 other families. Room was clean... Hotel was not! Rips in carpet, tons of pigeon poop outside the door and on the windows that most guests use, ceilings falling down in some areas, window ledges disgusting, etc. I wanted to leave right away, but did not have money to go elsewhere. A lot of foot traffic around the hotel. Tons of homeless individuals sneaking into the hotel or sleeping right outside the back door. There was a stabbing at the gas station across the road and multiple car accidents right in front of the hotel. People would walk up to you and ask for money or other items as you were trying to walk to your car. One manager on duty did nothing but run the homeless people out of the hotel throughout the day on Saturday. Would not recommend for families or single women. I really expected more from a Wyndham hotel.

The pool was nice. The room AC was not working well. The “full” breakfast was sausage, eggs (they only sat at once and was gone by 8 am),and waffles. The family suite was spacious but only had 2 towels. There was no towels at the pool. The ice machine only worked on floors 2 and 7. We needed to leave a day early and their cancellation policy is strict so if you want to leave early because of the AC, you just have to eat the cost.

It’s need more room service workers. And better assistance.

The staff were friendly, but the room was unacceptable. The floors and walls were dirty, the sheets had stains, and the ceilings showed clear water damage that looks like it could turn into black mold. Thankfully we brought our own blankets and sheets, but the overall condition was still terrible. Will I return — absolutely not.

Nice clean place nice service

The TV was broken. Staff was extremely unhelpful. Said they would fix the TV but never did when given multiple reminders. Seemed unconcerned about guest needs. Everything was run down. Walls were thin. Do not stay here.

Smelled like roach spray as soon as you entered as well as it being like 90 degrees . Our sheets were covered in disgusting stuff . There was a literal poop stain and crusty boogers on the sheets . I pulled the sheet to see what it was and I heard the crust crack from the boogers . We stayed five minutes and checked out and they REFUSED to return our money . There was also trash covering the hallway all the way down to the room . 3 people were cancelling their stays as we were leaving as well 0/10

Having a outdoor pool with only 3 lounge chairs there needs to be more for seating and with 7 floors only floor 2 had an ice dispenser other than that still nice place to stay.
