The room was sizable, comfortable and clean. It was perfect for what I needed.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was nice.

Disappointing

Check in was fast and friendly, room was clean. The breakfast was ok but not the greatest of fresh offerings. Also the breakfast attendant wasn't helpful or kind to a group who didn't know how to use the waffle maker another guest went over to help the group while the attendant stood there and watched. The location is prefect if your going to an event at Riverbend.

Terrible I booked the room by mistake with the wrong date. I was unable to change it through third party booking and could not reach anyone at the hotel. I will never use those site again

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable We bought the hotel specifically for the hot tub listed as an amenity, the hot tub was out of order, the pool itself had an odor resembling clothes left in the washer too long, the halls and room smelled dingy like a mix between mold and musk, the air conditioner clanked all night and the "hot breakfast" was incredible limited and what hot food was there was soggy and lukewarm

Beautiful hotel, very clean, great breakfast and the beds were amazing Nothing

Four of us ladies stayed in a double bed suite with pull out sofa bed. Plan was to go to a concert at Riverbend. Concert was canceled but we managed to go out to eat a mile up the road from the hotel then went to the Ludlow B Yaught Club and lyfted back to the hotel. Hotel was conveniently located for us to shift our plans and still have a good time using local places for entertainment. Hotel is clean, staff is nice. The room was huge!! Two sink areas, refrigerator, plenty of places to put all our things. Just perfect! Free breakfast was good with lots of room to sit and enjoy. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Easy access from highway. We attended a concert at River Bend. 10 minutes from the arena. Lovely plantings, plenty of parking. The hotel was sparking clean. Our room was lovely. Comfortable and plenty of outlets. The tv worked well and the remote had batteries that worked. I forgot my purse in the room. They contacted me when they discovered it. Made arrangements to have it sent to me. The breakfast was fine. Plenty of choices, fresh fruit, juices, and great coffee. We will definitely stay here again. Nothing.

And the “free” breakfast left a lot to be desired. Eggs weren’t cooked very well and instead of sides of sausage or bacon, which most people prefer, they had Canadian bacon sitting in warm water. No biscuits. No gravy. No pancakes. Pastries tasted stale. Oatmeal was watery. Orange juice wasn’t real. It tasted watered down. It was dispensed from a soft drink type machine. It was probably a “juice product “ and those are usually only like 5% juice. There was oranges and bananas available but only for a minute. I saw a lot of the HBCU guests loading up with the fruit, and then leaving to go to their event which left virtually nothing for anyone else. Maybe next time I decide to go to a show at Riverbend Music Center, I’ll save money and just drive home after the show.
