Staff was very helpful

We booked because of the pool (traveling with a child) and the pool was ridiculously cold. Could not use the main thing we stayed for. We got over it but our main concern was the noise! About 7-8am they were doing what I can only assume was construction upstairs. Right above our room. I understand having to renovate but doing it that early while people are traveling is crazy. We were woken up with loud banging and furniture moving. It was to the point where we packed up and checked out early. Very disappointed that we didn’t get to rest well before our long drive home.

Everything was great! Customer service, rooms, bedding, and breakfast.

I like the design of the room. The light it seemed relatively clean over the bathroom could’ve used some work. The free breakfast bar was a mess in the Pancake maker was broken. Some of the food was very stale.

Stay was great, some places could be cleaner but nothing bad. Recommended

Comfortable beds and convenient location, but mold in the shower was off-putting.

Breakfast was fine. Location was good. Great shower water pressure. I had a room on the first floor and it was moldy/musty and caused an allergy attack. Room was too expensive. It appeared that employees had their kids hanging out in the lobby area. They had taken over the work table.

We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.

Our go to place when attending concerts at Riverbend. Staff us always courteous and helpful. Will stay here again.
